It was one of the best "repair" services that I ever had. Our water heater gave out, first thing on a Tuesday morning. Spouse spent the day trying to get estimates or pricing water heaters to replace himself. Late in the afternoon, spouse gave up & gave me the task. I googled my city, state & the type of service I was looking for & the ServiceMagic site came up from my search. Went into the site, completed the instructions, and was given a choice of vendors to call. The 1st call was placed to Admiral. I told them what I was looking for & asked for an approx. cost. I was given a great price & scheduled the work. PERFECT! POLITE!

They showed up within the two hour window.

Mike was a very nice person to deal with. I just felt that the fee was a little to high, but I still had him perform to fix my bathroom comode and my kitchen sink. I was very happy with Admiral Plumbing. They gave me a time frame and they arrived within that time. The gentlemen was very nice, explained what he was going to do, and gave me a price up front. He did tell me that my garbage disposal would need to be replaced at some point . I asked if he had one on the truck, which he did, in fact I believe 3 different models, since he was fixing the pipe I asked him to install the disposal. The price was a little high, but it was better than having them come out again at a later time. When he was finished, he had completed the job, he explained what he did and how the disposal worked and the warranty. He also did a great job of cleaning up after. I have already told three people about Admiral and I would call them again.

Quick service

Quick response, like the fact they had a replacement faucet on truck that matched - only issue was the hot/cold was backwards but they came back the next day to fix so really a non issue based on response time. In my opinion, expensive, BUT they were convenient and got the job done so shame on me for paying so much. good work - Ill use them again but might try for a better price!

My experience was very good with the execption of breaking a couple of plants might have been necessary.

I needed my water heater replaced. I called Service Magic and just seconds after I hung up the phone Admiral called. Their price for heater and installation was excellent and offered same day service. The employee the service tech arrived on time and was friendly, experienced and efficient. There were a couple of obstacles to the installation but the employee handled them with no problem. The job was completed and it looked great. The employee explained the equipment and warranty plus some preventive maintenance tips. The job cost exactly what was quoted despite some addition work needed. I was very happy with Admiral's service. They're my new Plumbers!

On time, respectful, pleasant, expensive but not a ripoff

The price they gave was good...however: the installer left the carpeting soaked..threw wet dirty towels in the bath tub, and left the gerden hose in complete disray

Responded very quickly and was professional on the phone and in the house. Also helped trouble shoot another problem with the condo maint. guy - at no cost.... Very helpful and would definately recommend.
