Drain to Drain, LLC

It's been awhile since I've had the actual repair done as I'd forgotten to fill this out. I don't remember the name of the individual plumber who came out but he did a good job. I had a bathroom shower control/faucet handle that wasn't adjusting the water correctly, it was either all HOT or all COLD no in between. He basically fixed this with a new piece of hardware an also got into the tub an unclogged the drain which was much appreciated. I would hire them again.

Within 3 minutes of submitting my request to find a plumber, Admiral Plumbing called. They could sent a repairman out within the hour! Repair man did a great job and we had hot water an hour after he arrived and installed a new water heater. Very professional, reasonable price, and lightening fast service.

I had an immediate response to my email. A discussion ensued with a very knowledgeable plumber. The next morning at 9:00AM the appointed time an extremely likable young man went about his business and installed my water heater,cleaned up the area and was gone by 11:00AM. I will tell anyone who asks that this was the best service I have ever received in the last 10 years.

Their plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job. His workmanship is superb. He arrived on time, completed his job in a timely fashion and left his work area in a spotless condition.

Our faucet was not reapirable and had to be replaced. I was not charged for this visit ! Our plumber told me exactly which type of faucet to buy, showed up on time and installed it perfectly. We were very happy the the service we recieved.

I had the tech (Rob) check out my problem and he said the drain blockage problem was due to an outside source and not due to my plumbing. To say the least I am so very happy that he took his time and diagnosed my trouble and saved me undue cost. Thank you.

MIKE CAME OUT TO PERFORM THE WORK. HE WAS GREAT, VERY EFFICENT, AFTER THE JOB HE FELT SOME THINGS WERE NOT UP TO HS STANDRDS SO HE CHANGED OUT SOME NEW WATER VALVES 3 TIMES TILL HE FELT HE PUT ONES IN THAT FELT OK TO HIM. CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS, GREAT JOB!!!
