$ 777.00 for 2 hours of labor? The job was to connect a garbage disposal, reconnect a faucet and ice machine...2 hours labor....this does not include the price of the faucet and garbage disposal. This is robbery. Yes, the work was an emergency basis but talk about taking advantage of a consumer. Unfortunately due to medical circumstances I could not take the time to shop price.

He charged a lot just to repair my faucet which only took 30 minutes to repair. He was supposed to call back once he received a part and did not call back and no follow up call.

The tech was dishonest, as he knew exactly what to do to remove a wedged spoon in the disposal, but used a scare tactic when providing an estimate. He made it seemed complicated and might need to purchase new disposal from them. Admiral Plumbing rectified the situation by providing me with a full refund.
