The man who installed was wonderful. I cannot say thanks enough for the care and work that went into the installation. His name is Nick and I would recommend him any time.

Admiral Plumbing Services were great and the technician Mike Jordan has excellent customer service, was very helpful and explained to me every detail regarding the installation of my water heater. I am a 63 years old woman, and I feel I was treated very respectfully and he was very patient and considerate, explaining every little detail regarding the free estimate and the process of choosing and installing it. Excellent, excellent service. I will recomend this company and Mike Jordan.

They came out and provided a very high quote to install a new water heater and refused to fix the one that I had due to the age of the existing unit, which I can understand. I was up against an emergency and they knew that and took advantage of the scenario. The work was done well and in a relatively short amount of time, but they refused to use my 15% off homeadvisor coupon which would've saved me $300 so that upset me. But overall, they did a good job. The customer service wasn't the greatest but it is what it is.

The pipe leading to the septic was blocked. The plumber sent got his snake caught and ended up opening the septic tank lid to release it. Once opened he said the tank was full. Which was not correct. I rented a snake from Home Depot and easily cleared the blockage myself. Calling Admiral Plumbing was a complete waste of time and money.

When I first got in touch with you said the fee was $133.00. When Nick arrived he said the fee was $220. I paid the $220.00, but why did you quote me $133.00?

It s my first time using Home Advisor as we couldn t find a plumber to respond given the coronavirus situation. Before I took my hand off the mouse, I received a phone call from Admiral plumbing, 1of3 possible contractors according to HA. That was 5 PM yesterday. Today by lunch, they had booked the appointment, come to investigate, replaced the leaking disposal unit, &we are back to normal again. Lovely job & nice people each step of the way. Thank you!

Positive ð 5* office customer service, good follow up and polite. 5* quality skilled technicians. Negative ð * value IMO, Admiral are Price Gougers. My advice is to request for itemized costs, including receipts. They will tell you that they do not do that but rather, Admiral charges a flat fee. That is fair...if it makes sense. I have used Admiral in the past, and I have been very happy with customer service and quality work. However, ignorance was bliss when I just paid and did not do my due diligence. I had a recent experience 4/2020 which raised a RED FLAG ð © It was so blatantly obvious that I called them out for insulting my intelligence to actually think that I would not notice inflated costs after comparing the same job receipt from 2014. * 2014 - I hired Admiral to remove and replace electric water heater for $800 [$150 permit + $650 new water heater and labor]. * 2020 - My estimate to remove and replace electric water heater under 2014 warranty was ~$865 [$225 permit + $640 labor] ð I questioned how 2020 invoice WITHOUT cost of a new water heater because it was being replaced under warranty could possibly cost me more than in 2014 when I had to purchase a new water heater. Owner responded that business expenses increased. Ok, good answer. I responded that I can call city hall or look online for permit cost and it was only $79, not $225 and apparently I was taken advantage of inflated permit charge back in 2014 for $150. He responded that the difference was office processing fee. Ok, another good answer. How can I argue with a business owner increased expenses? After much squabble with Admiral, my original estimate of $865 was lowered to $650 with management discounts. I called another plumber from Home Advisor. They informed me that the permit cost would be $0 if I used Admiral, the original plumbing service that installed the water However, if I use Peerless, a new plumbing service then City Hall charges $79, but they do not charge *administrative fee* since it takes only 10 minutes to go online to apply. I chose to go with them, where I was provided with copy of a new permit and itemized invoice that was supported by receipts $429 [$79 new permit + labor $350].

Anthony, the plumber who did the install worked quickly and efficiently. Very cordial too and respectfully following COVID protocols. Workmanship is great. Familiarity with city building codes and local requirements was excellent too.

Technician was excellent and did the job quickly. My only complaint was 1) I did not get an itemized estimate and 2) I did not get an itemized bill at the end. Yes it was on the techs iPad but not emailed to me until after I paid for the job.
