Two installers showed up promptly the next day at 8 a.m. in the morning. I really couldn't wait to get the air conditioner installed because I was quite ill cuz it was so humid in my house. The air conditioner was installed at about 4 p.m. that day. The installer worked tirelessly and was very tidy and cleaned out any mess that was left behind

I first contacted the company that installed the a/c almost 4 years ago. The longer the tech talked the more the cost changed then his office changed the cost again. I contacted Heavenly Air who I used at a previous residence. Office Manager Cheri was extremely knowledgeable & professional. She arranged for repairman Sean to come out the same day. Sean was professional and took time to explain what was going on to me. He showed me the dye used to check for leaks and the frozen coils & frozen outside valve. Cheri obtained the needed parts and installation was done 2 days later. Sean arrived 20 minutes early and completed the repairs promptly & professionally. I will not hesitate to call them if needed in the future.

The technician, Sean, who services our area, is a professional service guy. He doesn't get a commission for selling us anything, he has done the work for many years and knows what he is looking at and doing. He always diagnoses issues quickly and has been right every time we've needed him. He was at the house a week ago to replace a fan (under warranty) on our upstairs unit/ When I called again today for an issue with the downstairs unit, they scheduled him to come right over this afternoon. Heavenly didn't even charge us a service fee today - we've been customers for a long time and they have treated us well. We've had two systems installed by Heavenly, and have been happy with all facets of their sales and service.

Technician came out on Friday afternoon and said the motor in the air handler was bad. They were able to have one picked up and put in on Monday. I didn't have to worry about anything except the labor since the motor was under warranty. The technician was helpful and upfront about everything.

Had a service call to check on the AC which was not working. Since it was a 17 year old unit for a condo, it was suggested that we have a new unit installed, although other alternatives were discussed. The technician checked on the parts availabilty and said they could do it the next morning. Showed up on time, worked most of the day and everything looks good.

Initially, a man named Chris came to our home for free to assess the feasibility of doing this work. He said that he would let his technician know what materials to have on the truck and he gave me an estimate for the price of $120 max. His technician, Sam Holder, arrived on time, but had never installed this particular brand of U/V light before, so it took him longer than was anticipated. He also added that I needed an extra transformer that Chris did not mention, and Sam had to wait while someone from his firm drove out to deliver it (fortunately, their home base is in Tarpon Springs also, so it didn't take too long). Sam only charged me for the time that was estimated and for the additional cost of the transformer. However, he tripped something in the attic device, and after four hours, my home had heated up to 87 degrees! An emergency call to Heavenly brought Sean out after hours to fix this minor, but crucial thing, for no extra charge. Alla's well that ends well!

Successful. Drip pan had a lot of water which tripped it to not run. Heavenly Air came out within 6 hours and removed the water from the pan. Is working great now.

They came out right away on a Friday and got the air conditioning fixed. They did the work two weeks ago and they just now sent out my bill. I really like them and will continue to use them.
