Exceptional I love my new roof

They were very professional when they came to our home and the process has been very smooth so far.

Time was up to replace my 18 year old asphalt shingle roof.Salesman was very helpful in explaining everything where others I contacted were not. Work crew did the best they could even in torrential downpours during installation. Issue with a nail hitting a water pipe...purely accidental. Office sent someone immediately and fixed the problem as well as hired a contractor to fix damaged drywall. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I would totally recommend this company. From Sherry at the office to Brian-sales, to William-roofer. They were professional, faith based, got out within the week with estimate and work. I had a pretty bad leak repair and they made it so stressful...USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Cleanup out side the roof e.g. walkway, flower beds OK Inside the job questionable. Asked Carlos wether he would like a vac. cleaner. He declined....

We appreciated the thorough review of the roof prior to presenting the cost proposal, including photos to document damaged areas and "hot spot" areas lacking adequate ventilation. We did a lot of comparative research on products, company reputations and costs...cost was fair and payment options logical. The supervisory staff was frequently on site with workers, the office staff was in touch with project updates, and the project kept on time-track (for us completion about 9 days (which included the pause-time for inspections). Wind Mitigation Inspection is included but at this time, pending. Field Supervisor was attentive to clean-up issues, but take-off and replacement results in a lot of debris, grit/grime and nails. No fault of workers....but homeowners should be aware of clean-up issues in all areas/equipment surrounding the house exterior. The entire Westfall team seemed to thoroughly enjoy their work and association with the company.

Roofers came in and shot a nail through the AC copper line and AC stopped working. Roofers knocked or dragged white landscape rocks into my pool and rock got lodge into a creepy crawler and damaged pool pump. Westfall only wants to pay for half the damage when they are responsible 100% for all the damage. They still have not come back to my house and finished the job. They told me they would be here last Friday to finish the job but never showed up and send me an email that day at 3 o' clock to let me know they would not be able to make it because the crew was short on manpower. I'm very discussed with this company.

Very good work so far. There are some areas in the rear of my home that they did not complete very well, and cleanup was not the best. However, overall im very satisfied!

Without a doubt I would recommend Westfall Roofing. My roof was trashed by Hurricane Irma. Took 33 squares of shingles and 17 sheets of plywood to replace. The workmanship, professionalism, response time and customer service were great. If they didn't know the answer to one of my questions they found the answer. I always had a response within 24-48 hours. The salesman came out post-project on a SUNDAY to look at something on the roof with me I didn't quite like. The crew worked as effectively and efficiently. Clean-up was awesome. Forget the rest, Westfall Roofing is the best. Mike B. Ellenton, Fl.
