I was able to make an appointment for an estimate (within the week) the first time I called. They sent me an email confirmation of the appointment with a photo of the estimator. He showed up right on time, looked at the roof, and told me exactly what was wrong. I received an estimate that day, and the roof was repaired within four days of returning the signed estimate. Great customer service.

No complaints. Showed up for the estimate on time, Price was competitive, got the job done quickly, professionally. It'll storm tomorrow so we will see the ultimate test of his work.

Work done expeditiously, but required some follow-up as excessive tar appeared all along the flashing line. Contractor returned the next day to correct the problem without hesitation.
