Contacted Westfall Roofing in April. Cameron, sales rep. gave us an estimate, helped us in picking the color of tiles and answered our many questions that we had. Job was scheduled in May because of us being out of town. They came as scheduled and finished our roof in two days. Hector, their supervisor was very nice and polite and answered any of our concerns during the job and after. A week later another crew came to do our gutters, downspouts and soffits. Payton and the crew did a wonderful job. We highly recommend Westfall Roofing.

Westfall Roofing installed a new roofing system on our 25 year old home. We could not be more pleased. They arrived on time, protected our landscaping and pool, worked hard and completed the project in one day. They were respectful of our property and removed all the debris before leaving. A supervisor returned the following day to walk the property and inquire as to whether we were happy. As promised, another crew arrived two weeks later to install new gutters and downspouts. Like the first crew, they were friendly, professional and respectful of our property. We highly recommend Westfall Roofing.

Westfall Roofing was not on our radar when searching for a contractor to replace our roof. A family friend recommended to them to us, so I hesitantly gave them a call. To my surprise, their sales rep was the most knowledgeable and approachable. In a peak economy, it's common to see sales reps just leave an estimate and disappear, but Westfall Roofing took the time to answer all of questions. As someone who works in the industry, they confidently and accurately answered even technical questions. He was able to explain the pros and cons of Owens Corning vs GAF vs Certainteed and the value that Owens Corning provides in our market. There were no shortcuts taken on the materials proposed and no unnecessary add-ons included. Throughout the process, Westfall Roofing, made sure we were proactively updated on next steps and expectations. There was nothing that came as a surprise due to their great communication and attention to detail. There was no work done that deviated from the work order without our prior approval and everything was properly documented with pictures. They also made sure to verify the colors of materials and work to be done on a few occasions to ensure no mistakes occured. On install day, they showed up and knocked out the reroof in just 1 day. To put this into perspective, we have the largest roof in our community and the other homes are taking 2-3 days to complete. Additionally, the permit passed inspection on the first attempt with no rework required. Their site supervisor showed up again the day after the install to confirm and correct any minor areas of concern, prior to inspection. Westfall Roofing excelled in literally every aspect. Knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, communication, speed, quality, follow-up, and pricing are the best I've seen! Highly recommend Westfall Roofing! No need to look elsewhere.

Good sales pitch, excellent product compared to multiple other products on the market. I reviewed and spoke with four other contractors before I chose this company. Price was somewhere in the middle with one or two unforeseen increases during the project. Install was gauge to be a one-day project which turned into a 2 day. Some of that was due to weather other was due to increased need related to damage to the wood on my roof. Crew was excellent about cleaning up afterwards and accommodating to letting me in and out of the house during the project to go to work, and walk my dogs.

The Westfall crew was on the job at 6:30AM and didn't leave until 7:30PM when the job was finished. They were very careful regarding every part of their removal of the old shingles and installation of the new ones. They were professional all the way through the process and we highly recommend Westfall for anyone needing a new or replacement roof for their home.

My ceramic tile roof was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. I scheduled the job two months in advance which Westfall Roofing allowed me to do with a nominal deposit. In the end, the work started on the day it was supposed to and was completed in less than 2 weeks with only minimal problems. The latter were quickly resolved with the able assistance of Will Goren, the company's sales representative and roofing consultant, whose professionalism and can-do approach were most impressive and appreciated. In short, a high quality job in every sense of the word.
