Westfall Roofing

They came before estimated time, very courteous person greeted me. Only issue was they left some trash from the job on my lawn, but other than that I would recommend them to others for small jobs.

I interviewed and vetted several companies for this roofing project. I also did a lot of research for the roofing products that were being sold in this market. Westfall Roofing was the only company who quoted me the product that I wanted at a fair price. Other companies used inferior materials, or quoted me outrageous prices. Dealing with Westfall, I never felt pressured, and their communication was outstanding. The installation took two days, and their team was on time and working early. They were a lot tidier than other companies that were doing work around my neighborhood. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to hire Westfall Roofing.

The repair was quick, clean, and professional. Westfall Roofing was also $125 less than other roofers who bid on the repair.

Our roof peak metal vents were not installed properly when we had the new roof installed 13 years ago after we bought our house. They were not overlapped and were secured with roofing nails, not the proper screws. So recently, the vents over our Living Room became loose and started leaking when it rained. I tried to repair the vents several times, but, they would vibrate from the wind and break the sealant again. So, Westfall Roofing, sent Brian to evaluate our leaks. He found the vents were all coming loose and not overlapped as required. So, new vents were needed. Westfall Roofing Techs arrived and were done in an hour, as they sent 3 men to accomplish the removal and replacement of the Poof Vent System. It was very cloudy and there was some thunder in the background, so they really worked hard to get it done. They warranted their work for 6 mos on existing roofs.

During a home inspection for selling my house there an item noted as potential water damage on the interior ceiling. Josh from Westfall came out and identified that it was not water damage but instead a ceiling texturing issue. Despite driving 1.5 hours Westfall Roofing did not even charge for the service call. I will use them again as having contractors you can trust with honest assessments are difficult to find.

Each step of the way they showed up on time, which is a huge plus for me. Once the crew left, management came back and inspected the work they had done, which is another plus.

Great Job

There was a miscommunication that caused the business to "eat" profit because of work done that was not contracted for. But Westfall Roofing "ate" it with a smile.

They showed up on time and finished on time. The price did not change. They were highly professional & down to business. I highly recommend Westfall roofing.

The sales man Brian Hughes was very nice at answering all my questions. He took pictures so I could see what he was talking about of the roof. We haven't had a lot of rain but so far so good no leaks.

Everyone involved with the re-roofing project were very professional and the new roof looks great.

Brian Hughes was very profesional and did an excellent job with the roof and cleaning, no mess whatsoever. I called to schedule my appointment and Cherri Westfall was prompt and very profesional. I asked if she can work with the schedule because I was a couple of days behind my closing date and she did all she can to make it happened and she did. I Will recommend Westfall Roofing. Very nice to work with

Very friendly and professional.

Let me start from the beginning. The front office is ran by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing. They will schedule you a date to do your roof and then reschedule at their leisure without warning. If that wasn't enough to scare me away they started on my roof and after several tries to replace fascia board on the sides of my house, one of the owners had to come out and babysit the guys to make sure they did it correctly. I think they ripped it off 3 times before it looked presentable. They over charged me on the extra wood they used for repair so watch them like a hawk and take plenty of pictures of the wood they bring. In our estimate we had Lamanco roof vents added on by the salesman who recommended them. It wasn't until I mentioned it to the owner when he was there BABYSITTING the guys did he realize that they missed it and lied to me about it. "Oh sure we remembered" he replied. What a joke!!! My suggestion is to run away and don't look back and if you do decide to use these guys good luck. Wish I could add pictures on here because I have plenty. :)

Front to back, top to bottom , this was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with home repair.

Very professional. The owner was involved from start to finish.
