I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from Hurricane Irma. I was thrilled when Westfall sent a tech out quickly on a Saturday. The tech examined my roof and kitchen ceiling and assured me that he would be in touch on Monday. When I hadn't heard from him by Wednesday and more rain was in the forecast I email the company (limited phone use at work). I was told they would send someone out to evauate. Long story short the owner's son went to my house on Friday afternoon, looked at it, told me it would be $650. I missed a mandatory work meeting to sign the contract and pay the $650. Looked at the roof when I got home at almost dark and couldn't see anything had been done. Spoke to the son the next morning and said what was done would benefit my neighbor. Very unhappy!

They were by far the best price and they did an excellent on the job. We also did not have to wait too long to get an appointment and they finished in less than two days. We didn't give them a 5 for the quality and customer service only because they forgot to add airvent in garage and we had to arrange for them to come back and also fix minor damage in the garage, but they did come through and completed the job and we are happy with the end result.

After inspection, I needed a roof repair, not replacement. Repair was timely, good workmanship, inspector and repair individuals were respectful, and competent. Price for repair was reasonable.

The company responded quickly to my request for a 20-year-old roof replacement quote, and got the job done sooner than anticipated. Everyone was nice and quick to answer my questions.
