The sealing and grouting went horrible. The grout was all over the tiles and not cleaned properly. These geniuses didnt even clean, sweep or wipe down any of the tiles before sealing. To top it off, they told us the sealant we had was not good so they used another that was NOT made for slate. So now i have sealed tile (incorrect sealant) with dirt, hair and grout stuck under the sealant. The owner came by and admitted it was a horrible job and said he would get it fixed. He sent over another worker who was not familiar with tile to remove the sealant, etc. The worker was not comfortable with doing this task and refused to work on the tile. After several calls with no response from the owner, I received a text from the owner stating that he would refund the $300 dollars i paid. Its been over 2 months and the owner is not responding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner was very responsive when we had possible work and dissappeard when we started complaining about the work performed.

I'm really impressed with Trimmers Tree Service. They were recommended by a friend, and came by the same day I called them. Even better, then came to do the job 2 days later, and showed up on time. They completed the job in 1 day, and cleaned up after themselves. Polite, professional, and punctual. Its money well spent really, because now I don't have to worry about those rotting trees that were over my house!
