I can't recommend Ed highly enough. I purchased a home that had been rented for a few years. The floors in all the rooms and hallways needed refinished. Ed helped me choose a color and finish and brought plenty of samples for me to see. He was very responsive and on time for every meeting. He stayed in close touch since the job had to been done while I was away. The result is beautiful. It is so nice to work with someone who takes such pride in their work and customer service. You can't go wrong hiring Ed and his crew!

Ed and his crew did and awesome job installing our hardwood floors. Ed was always responsive whenever we had a question even offering websites to purchase wood. We trusted them to remove our tile while we stayed away in a hotel coming back to a project well underway with almost all dust gone. They cared about our house and the job they were doing. When I was unsure of design, Ed did not pressure me for an answer but helped me walk through options being very patient. The end result was beautiful floors we love. We couldn't be happier.

Hire this guy! My wife and I were overseas and preparing to move back to our home that we rented out for a few years. The house had hardwood everywhere already except for the three bedrooms. We contacted Ed via e-mail and he responded immediately. I was shocked at how many contractors don't even respond or communicate, especially via e-mail or text. Ed and I coordinated the project over two months via e-mail. He was always very responsive and kept us well informed. We hit a snag when we found out the wood we already had in house was discontinued. Ed found an excellent alternative that was very similar to the original and reassured us that it would look great. His team arrived on time and finished the job in the timeframe we needed. They worked fast and professionally and were always friendly. Once the job was complete the cleaned everything up and, more importantly, the floors looked gorgeous! We couldn't be happier. These guys are not amateurs and they know their craft. You won't be disappointed.

First of all he recommended and created actual wood steps for us and matched it up to our existing engineered hardwood floors . Another company we got a quote from was going to just use regular wood planks on the stairs but Eddie said, no, it will not look as nice. We are so thankful because they are gorgeous! His crew was professioal, prompt, very clean and curteous of our home, a pleasure to work with from start to finish!!!

Ed and his crew are AWESOME! We have a vintage home with the original heart of pine and oak floors that hadn't been touched in years and they came out looking like they are brand new. We had to do the work in phases as we are rehab'ing the rest of the house and Ed went out of his way to meet our schedule and time line. What we like best about Ed is he is the owner/operator of the company and did the majority of the work on the floors himself and not outsourcing as many companies do. The price was very reasonable for the outstanding quality and workmanship. We wish that the rest of our renovation would have been like the experience we had with Ed. Don't use anyone else for your floors, the other reviews are absolutely spot on when folks say that they are so happy with the work he did. We are so happy that we have beautiful floors!

Ed is AMAZING!! He came out measured and gave me a quote next day. He refinished my 90yr old Heart wood pine floors in 4 rooms, hallway and staircase. Best price you will find and best quality. What I love is that he didn't make me sit through an hr long sales pitch and that fact that he is the one doing the work. So I am not paying 5 different ppl to do the job or some sales guy's commission. Ed Rios is the way to go! You will not regret it. Thank you, Ed!

Ed and his team did a beautiful job. It was messy as we had a lot of tile removed but the new tiling and wood they put down is incredible. Made our home completely different and our stairs came out better than I could have hoped for. Ed guided us through the entire process so we got the best product for our money. Really glad he talked me into the higher baseboards as it makes the wood stand out all that much more. We will defintely use them again for our next project.

Ed and Eric were so great to work with. To start with Ed came to the job site to make sure the wood floor delivery went smoothly. Due to a delivery mix up only 12 boxes of 60 showed up. We had to reschedule and locate the other 48 boxes. Finally got all the flooring and we were off to the races. Despite having to remove tile flooring and add wood subfloor the job moved along steadily. They had to work around my dogs which aren't very friendly to say the least. Ed kept in contact with me everyday to alert me he would be there in a few minutes so I could lock dogs up. Ed and Eric are very tidy and cleaned up each day when finished which is appreciated when living through a reno. Ed has very fair pricing, a great work ethic, and the finished job is spectacular! I can say with confidence Ed and Eric will do a beautiful job for you. They're also really nice guys and love dogs too!

Ed and staff from Tampa Flooring was SUPERB!!! I have to say they went above and beyond of service from beginning to end. Ed came to give us the estimate to refinish floors and add new baseboards. He answered any questions or concerns that we might have and assured us that everything will go smoothly and it did. He said he was going to finish in 7 days and it was done in that time frame. He explained to us what to expect everyday and communicated with us throughout the week. Ed is very easy to work with. Last, but not least, my floors and baseboards look FAAAAABULOUS!!! I have brand new floors again. I can't express enough how grateful I am for them. They have put my mind at ease every step of the way. I trust them completely. Ed from TPA flooring came out and gave my daughter an estimate to repair damage, replace pieces and refinish her 90 year old hard wood floors. He said he would finish the job in 1 week and sure enough, seven days after he stared, she was moving into her new "old" house. He had to replace tile in the middle of the floor with wood to match her pattern and was able to make it look like it had been there forever. He was honest, on time and did a GREAT JOB. Her floors look beautiful. Thank you Ed.

Ed and his assistant were prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. They refinished our floors as scheduled and came back on Sunday to move the heavy pieces of furniture back. Ed works fast and efficient and we trusted him with our home while we moved out during the process. I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future. TPA flooring was wonderful. Ed was a pleasure to work with. He personally did the work and explained the process ahead of time. I was a little torn with which way to go with staining and whether to refinish or replace. Ed explained all options and various price quotes and emailed me photo of previous projects he had done to show me colors. In the end it was just what I wanted and it looked beautiful. Communicating with TPA from overseas, I was not sure the project would ever get finished. They were the only company that continued to follow-up until we arrived. I am so impressed with very aspect of this business. The floors look amazing, the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend them!

Not sure how to correct the per-selections, but Ed and his team replaced our existing hardwood floors. We had over 2000sqft of thin 15 year old hardwood that had been damaged by multiple owners/renters. We elected to replace and with Ed's help found the perfect engineered hardwood for our family and lifestyle (kids/big dog/pool/etc). When we were first in touch with Ed to sart this project we were living overseas and juggling an international move. TPA did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. We needed some new install, refinishing, and patching of holes. TPA feathered the patches for a seamless repair. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend their services!

I called on Eddie and his crew 4 years ago to install engineered wood flooring in my downstairs living areas, so when it came time to do the stairs and upstairs hall this year, I called them again. They were simply that good, and very fairly priced. My AC Unit drain line clogged the day they were going to start putting on the final urethane coat, and Eddie was out right away to pull up damaged wood and help airing out the subfloor. He was able to replace and re-stain the affected area at minimal cost to me and a good deal of extra labor for him. He valued me as a customer, and I value him!

Working with TPA was wonderful. The quality of the work was outstanding and working directly with the owner made it very easy and simple to coordinate the work. They are professionals and really know what they are doing.

After receiving estimates from 3 other wood floor refinishing companies, I decided to work with Ed because of the knowledge he had relating to re-staining wood floors, his website showed some of his previous work and his estimate was also reasonable.
