Service techs called me 45min before their arrival. They were very informative, and found my septic tank in a flash. The system was cleaned out in no time, and back up problem was fixed.

Understanding that life happens, they arrived several hours late to pump out our septic tank. All parties were surprised to find no backups into the house had occurred prior to the call for service. After pumping out the tanks, the men questioned whether or not the septic’s pump to the leech fields was out. Now it was dark and work had to be halted. I was promised they would be here and finished well before 2:00 pm when we were expecting about 30 folks for a relatives memorial service. Needless to say, they arrived well after service had started and I had to excuse myself several times to go outside when asked to by the workers. In all, the pump was working for now and the post with alarm was replaced.

I was very pleased with everything! They came quickly, were friendly, worked hard and were very reasonable! I have found my new plumber and septic company!

This was a quick main drain snake job. The got it done quickly.

We worked with David & Steve on getting a same day inspection. We had concerns. It turned out the tank was cracked and malfunctioning. Plus the drain field was blocked. We had searched for a good price on the inspection and Tampa Bay was very reasonable. A few hundred spent has saved us thousands of dollars. We recommend getting a septic inspection before purchasing any home with a tank. Moreover, we highly recommend Steve, David and Tampa Bay Plumbing for speedy, couteous and professional service. They provided a detailed report w photos the same day as the inspection. Great job. Great team!
