Came by 1 day after my call to provide an estimate. Work was done two days later. Crew was very punctual and did great work. The built up cricket is barely noticeable and blends nicely in color with the rest of the roof.

Excellent! The salesperson showed up promptly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. The dumpster arrived as expected. The workers were there and completed the job in less than one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. The dumpster was removed by the end of the day. Everyone I spoke to, from office personnel to the roofers, was very professional.

We got an on-site estimate from Manuel within 1-2 days. He went over things very thoroughly and after one other estimate we decided on Stay Dry. The office staff was very professional and quick to respond to questions and Tony made two trips to help us get the paperwork signed. They were able to get a crew here within a week and they showed up promptly at 8:00 everyday and worked until dinner time or a little later depending on progress and rain. It rained a lot so it took them a day longer than anticipated but they waited out every rain (some for hours) and went back to work. The two guys were very hard workers and mostly kept to themselves. They were here for most of 3.5 days and never asked us for anything beyond an electrical outlet for the tools. They cleaned up pretty well afterward and we have only found a handful of nails and a couple of small pieces of debris in the bushes. So far so good on the roof. It looks good and we have noticed no leaks or problems. Curtis came out to do the final walk of the roof. Tee county inspector did not come for the final inspection due to a mix-up in the office but when I called to follow up they had him out here in a day or two.

Overall, it was a quick, competent, professional job. These people even worked through the rain. They came early, worked hard, and were cheerful and friendly and extremely helpful we had a leak which they discovered after they had done that part of the roof, and they redid it but the leak just moved a bit. Their foreman crawled around our attic for over a hour to find out it was not on the roof it was a hole in the flashing round the chimney underneath the stucco so they fixed that, then took a hose up onto the roof and watered it heavily until they were sure there were no more leaks. We were very impressed by their dedicated professionalism and would recommend them to everyone.

They were very good and professional. They came and got the job done when they said they would. I felt like the price was fair. They gave me a discount because the old shingles didn't last as long as the warranty.

They showed up on time. They walked me through the whole project as far as their plans. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I did have a small problem with something and they were able to come out and fix the problem right away.

They seemed very professional and they did a good job. They needed to come back and repaint some of the metal pieces. The person in charge of the job came back and did the painting. They finished in two and a half days. I think he did a good job.

My experience with this company was wonderful. They did a wonderful job. They were very efficient. They didn't leave any mess. They came in and ripped off the old roof. They hauled all of it away and put the new roof on. They found places that needed replacing that they had to make custom pieces for.

The men came when promised and spent two days here reconstructing the roof angles and therefore the flow of the falling water. They also put in a new flashing around the chimney. They were professional in every way, and they cleaned up after themselves. It has done nothing but rain in the subsequent months and we have no more leaks!

Great experience. While there was a slight miscommunication regarding timing (we faxed back signed proposal, but they didnt receive it). They didnt follow up on the proposal, but responded IMMEDIATELY when we called back to follow up. They arrived on the day they said they would, did everything (and more) that was described in the proposal and cleaned up so well you would have no idea work had been done.

The only concern I had was the inspector said there needed to be more nails or something, but they told me they would call him. The inspector never returned to see final product.

I noticed a few leaks appearing in the house. We called Stay Dry Roofing and they identified where a bunch of leaks were originating. They gave us an estimate and came out and repaired four leaks. Their explaining everything and actually showed my husband what they were doing was such a great help! We haven't had any problems since.

I have used their services many times. They are dependable, reliable, trustworthy, caring, and professional. It went great. They showed up when they said they would and it took two days to do the work. They worked their hearts out in extreme heat. They cleaned up very well. In fact when some of the old roof fell off, it broke off the lid of the outside electrical plug and they came back and replaced it free of charge.

They're punctual, professional, they clean up after themselves and they're courteous.

They were excellent. I was very impressed by them. They cleaned up their mess, they were easy to make an appointment with. The guy who came out even gave me his personal number in case I have future leaks he would come out and fix them.

The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. They were professional while they were working. I would recommend them. The came out a week before Christmas and did the job. It took them a little while longer than they had initially planned.

I called them and we had someone out within a week giving us an estimate. I had used them once before to fix a leak and I was happy with their service and price then, so I went with them again. They had to reschedule the start of work due to weather related delay on the job they did before mine (it had rained hard) but they showed up punctually on the rescheduled day and time. They did a very thorough job stripping the old shingles and replacing wood and we were impressed with the cleaning up of debris. The next day they installed the dimensional shingles and a sun-dome. When their job-inspector came the next day he promised to be available if there were any questions or concerns. Actually, when the inside part of the sun-dome was installed a couple weeks later, there was an issue with the installation that had been done by Stay-Dry. I called them, their inspector came out and acknowledged that the dome had not been put in correctly and they fixed it within 24 hours. I felt that they were clean, professional and did a good job. Will use them again.

It took less than a week from phone call to get an estimate. We compared, and it came down to two companies. We choose this one because they offered a "system plus warranty" for an additional $592. But all in all the bids came in fairly close to each other. Men arrived as scheduled. 7:30 a.m. they worked most of the day until it got just too hot to work. But each day they cleaned everything up and you wouldn't know anyone was working except for the dumpster. All of the workers were pleasant, but kept to themselves. There was no asking for water, bathroom, etc. Work was done in 3 days. The owner came by to check everything out, and my husband accompanied him on the roof. We signed the form to get the extended warranty, which we received with 2 weeks. So far we have had just moderate rain, but so far there has no problem at all.

The entire experience was excellent. I hadn't been aware that I had problems with the roof until a section of shingles unexpectedly curled up and blew away. I called Stay Dry and another company, and both gave me estimates within 48 hours. I was impressed with the Stay Dry estimator, Manny, and his company was a certified installer of the GAF shingles that both companies use, so he was able to offer me the option of a warranty. The other company's bid was $500 cheaper, so I asked Manny to match the other company's price. After conferring with someone else at the office, Manny called me back and said they would match the price to within a few dollars. This was a Thursday. On Friday, someone else came out to have me sign off on the contract and choose shingle and edging colors, and to schedule the work to begin the next Tuesday. First thing Tuesday morning, there was a large crew on my roof, supervised by Damian. They worked from 7AM to 7PM that day and all day the following day to complete the work. In installing one of the ridge vents they ran into an unexpected situation with the structure of the roof and ended up breaking into the ceiling of the room inside (which has a vaulted ceiling). I wasn't home, but Damian left a note arranging to come the next day to repair the damage. He arrived as promised the next afternoon and, with two other workers, completed a perfect repair of the ceiling, including texturing. My only other concern was that some roofing tar had gotten on the new roof edging on one side of the house. Damian promptly cleaned this, leaving a perfect finish. I have rarely had so positive an experience as the one with this company. I highly recommend them to others.

They were professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and did what they said they would do. They were clean and the job was completed in less then one day. Their staff was friendly.

Everyone from Stay-Dry Roofing was here when they said they would be. The job was started when they said it would and ended when they said it would. All the roof work and clean up was exceptionally well done. At the end of everyday work day, the workers walked around the house and picked up anything that had fallen off the roof. The day after the work was completed Curtis Shrader, the superintendent, came out and walked the roof to make sure it was done to his satisfaction. Only then did he come in to collect payment for the job.

Bill came as scheduled and was extremely diligent in his work. Several times I went onto the roof to see what was going on. Each time he showed me what he'd found and how he was correcting it. Apparently whoever put the roof on (before I bought) had not done a great job of lapping flashing/counter-flashing and around the chimney had taken the easy way and left gaps. Bill cut into the chimney to install lead flashing to ensure no further leakage. He also corrected the valley/flashing along a second story addition. There was evidence of long term rot. Inside leaking would be detected only after a sustained rain. Can't say for sure the problem is corrected but what was done makes sense. Work was performed a month ago and we've still not had more than a light sprinkle! Ridge caps were on areas with no vents (cathedral ceiling). In one area inside, mold was evident. Removing and replacing with shingles will hopefully stop that problem.
