Firm did not install the pump they bid, and they have not corrected the situation after a week.

I won t lay out my whole story here but just know this. I have dealt with 5 different companies to fix my water issues since the new system went in after Irma took out an 18 yo system. This is the BEST customer service we ha e ever received to date. I ll keep you posted but I d hire this company again in a heartbeat.
