I purchased a water softener on 8/15/19. Installation was fine, however, like another reviewer I still have no paperwork. No operators manual, no warranty information, no proof of purchase. I have spoken to Jonathan 3 times by phone and several texts. I have supplied two email addresses for them to send paperwork. I did finally get an invoice showing a 15 year warranty and the promise of a certificate being sent in the next 30 days.

The installer was very friendly and very good. He did a great job and was very professional. He went over and above on the installation and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company for sure

Buyer beware! I hired this company to fix my well pump. As it turned out, it was not my pump but my well. I was not surprised at this as I had been told several months previously that it was going bad. So they were supposed to drill me a new well. That was in early June 2019. I paid them $1700.00 to get the project started as it was going to cost around $5000.00. To this day, not one thing has been done. I understand that the weather has been bad and caused delays. At first, when I would call them for an update, Johnathan would tell me, ** I was going to call you tomorrow** Every time he said he would call me to tell me what was going on, he never did. Now, he will not even answer my call or return my call, but he is enjoying my money. When you call the company phone number and Johnathan answers it, he does not say this is Pure water solutions. He timidly says, hello. Of course, he is not answering my calls at all now. I have been very patient and only call occasionally so, I am not pestering him. I am trying to be understanding and patient. I want my money back! Period! I need it to pay the people that actually are going to do my project. I have been living the last couple of months with a water hose connected to my neighbors water. Thank God for good neighbors or I would be up the creek. My neighbors are moving. I need water. So this company has made me realize I am going to have to connect to county water or really be up the creek in another month. I need this money to finish paying the company that actually does the work they say they are going to do. Update: I am still waiting for my refund.

This company put in our system Aug 2. They failed to give us any paper work on the system. When I called and requested Jonathan was brusk and we still do not have any papers on the system nor do we have any warranty.

These people were very knowledgeable and knew almost immediately what the problem was. They gave us temporary water the same day and came back the next day and totally fixed our pump. We checked on prices and theirs was right on target. They were very friendly and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We liked them very much.

They do great work, I dealt directly with the owner of the company, he went out of his way to make sure everything got done and at a great price!!

They did a good job of replacing the old system, but made a mistake that gave me a bad night! They left the system cut off, rather than turned on. I had cold water available over night, but couldn't take a shower! About 1 pm the next day, they came back & turned it on. It was just a mistake to leave it off ; but it was very annoying!

We had a great experience with Pure Water. The owner Jonathan was very helpful, professional and friendly. His team that installed the system were great as well. They saved us a ton and we are very happy with the install and system so far. I definitely recommend working with them.

Jonathan and his team were very knowledgeable. The walked me through the process of what I needed for my water. I couldn t have asked for a better company. My water has never been this good! Great job guys and I would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone!

Scott was the technician that installed my well pressure tank. He was promptly on time and knowledgeable on what was needed to do this project. He was willing to ensure I understood what he was doing and answer any questions I had during the process

Completed on time and on budget

I originally gave then 5 stars! They do not Warranty their work. They told me they had ordered me a control board months ago. Than ghosted my texts and phone calls. I end up calling Waterhouse Purification and they put in a will call order for me in Tampa. Than my equipment fails and all my resin is dumped out on the ground. Do not use this company! I now have a new system with Waterhouse Purification systems!

Jonathan troubleshooted the problem immediately, gave a very fair price for the job and was very efficient. Great professional.

There wasn t any pressure in the work that need to be done and technician was so helpful to me. I was very happy that my technician was so honest to me. Sometime as a women customer you don t know if a company is just about getting a sale or truly going to service you properly an not take advantage of you.
