I still have a yellow tint to the water, however the owner has assured me they will correct this with follow up visits; the owner has personally followed up on this issue.

Jeremiah and Jon did an excellent job. Gave me peace of mind with a 15 year parts and labor warranty; and walked through all the steps to keep my filter and softener running well. Jeremiah explained all the ins and outs of the unit and made sure to let me know that they are always there to support. The price and quality was by far the best after looking through five-ten other companies. The communication, manual, invoice, and payment was extremely easy; I have all the paperwork to keep up with the unit as well as an invoice and tracking for the payment. Pure water solutions did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

This business is run by a guy (jonathan) with a phone and few people including his brother ( jeremiah) working for him. I had hired them for fixing my irrigation system that was not working in the new house I had bought in tarpon springs. I CHOSE them because of Home Advisor recommendation. Jonathan (talks a lot about how good they are) who owns the business sent his team. They replaced the broken well pump with a new one but that did not fix the problem of no water coming out of my irrigation sprinkler system. They charged me for the work done that day and the pump promising me that they will be there next day to fix and make the irrigation system work. They said it is likely one of the pipes leading from the pump into the sprinkler system is blocked, and they will check the source of it and fix it. Nobody showed up. Jonathan claimed he was busy as he was getting married and that he would attend to it as soon as it is over. He reportedly sent his team almost a month later - not the same guys - who came to my house checked what was done - left saying to my wife they will be back and will talk to me about what needs to be done. Nobody called me. I called jonathan, he said he will get back to me - It has been nearly 5 months and nobody has. I contacted him and told him I will be complaining to home advisor about this - he again told me he will send his brother (jeremiah) and team as they are the best to do this work - nobody showed up - when called he said his brother had strep throat and was infectious and once he is better he will come - still no one.... My suspicion is these guys go around selling unverified filtration systems and do a lousy job with customer service after - You cannot rely on them to service the system regularly which they promise once a year - but will never do it. Their skill level or experience in irrigation system is seriously lacking. Not sure how these guys got into Home Advisor. If you check most of their positive reviews are based on just installation of their own filtration system which they sell not for repairs or follow up service of it. Just beware before you hire them.... I do not find them competent or reliable. DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL THE JOB IS FULLY DONE

Went to water moms flowers and no water.i found pure water solutions on Angie's List...filled out info and got a call within seconds.myself not knowing anything about pumps or wells i did my best to explain the issues.i spoke to the owner and he advised he would be out between 8-9 am.he was ontime as promised he contacted me and gave me all the bad news for 1 day that i could handle Then he told me he could fix it..now with the rain clouds rolling in and all the work needing to be done i was expecting a few days to get the work done..all during the repair the owner kept me in the loop of what was going on.these guys worked through the rain and again as promised i got a text telling me the work was done.i have dealt with so many repair companies in my lifetime and i have to say this company is the very best. The owner made me feel like family not just a customer.he even advised me some other issues needed to be fixed and said i could do it myself and save some money but with the services he provided i would rather pay him to do it.they are very trustworthy and you can trust that they won't just say thing's to make an extra dime unless its needed.i would give these guys a perfect 10 star rating if i could.if you need pump or well repair work call these guy's and i can assure you that they will take care of you just as they took care of me

This was a very simple process. I made the inquiry one day and they were ready to install the very next day. The whole process only took about 3 hours total. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The business is run by Jonathan and his brother Jeremiah does the service. I was told by Jonathan that I was going to get a system That would be better than an RO unit. After about 10 trips and multiple attempts at getting the right mixture of resin , the water in my house There's no better than the water coming straight from my well in my opinion. Finally, I had a long detailed review sentence that I was asked to delete if they fixed my problem. Alas, problem is still here and what they did was installed a kitchen RO unit Assuming that would satisfy me As I had been drinking out of bottles for about 4 months. After the RO unit, I was told they would come back and fix the problem with a different resin combination. They never called me and they never returned. I think they thought I would be happy with a $200 RO unit when I already spent thousands of dollars for the whole house. Now I'm trying to text them and get what resin they used so I can get a real professional out here to fix it. However, as you can imagine, I have heard nothing. If you have well water and you are thinking that you are going to get a full house system with clean water, you will learn the same mistake I did if you call this company. I recommend calling a real company and not a company run by one person and a cell phone. I am shocked that the reviews are this high, but I'm assuming that they are because he begs the customers to take them down much like you have seen many reviews on here recently. But for the third time mine is going back up and staying this time because I'm sick to my stomach that I spent thousands of dollars to get one small faucet with good water.

Guys were great.Encountered many problems with the old equipment we had but worked right through them. Pricing was reasonable and I was given a lot of discounts due to the amount of work that was needed.
