Jonathan is very friendly and gave us a great price on an AIO system + water softener for our well. The system they installed instantly cleared up our water and removed the scaling on our faucets and fixtures. I was happy to learn they also have expertise in installation/replacement of gas tankless water heaters. I will definitely be recomending or calling again.

Jonathan arrived an hour early to install a whole house filtration system. He of course was extremely knowledgeable and explained how he would install the equipment in a manner which would best suite our needs. When the job was complete he stayed to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of the water and answer any questions we might have had. I tasted water from the tap and also bottled water that we had been previously drinking. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the tap water tasted better. If we ever move, we will definitely call Jonathan to either take our system with us or install a new system.

Johnathan and Joe showed up when they said they would. We discussed the best avenues for the drain. They even pointed out a possible issue with my home. My next task will be a tankless water heater. I'll definitely call Reel Water Filtration for my next project.

Great installers, didnâ t mind my dumb questions and standing over their shoulders while they worked, took the time to explain what and why they were doing during the install. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

So the short of it is: you will not find a better water filtration contractor. My name is James Garner, I live at 3240 Melton St N St Pete and my phone # is 919.591.1121- you can call and I will provide pictures and/or reference. These guys are consummate professionals. They were on time, clean, quiet (we literally shared a work space for 7 hours) and detail oriented, not to mention they modified my old problematic galvanized steel pipe. I had a centaur active carbon unit installed to remove chlorine/chloramine for the whole house water supply. I have very serious food allergies and I've seen real improvements with regards to eczema over the last 72 hours. I understand that the city needs to disinfect the water but I wish I would have done this a long time ago because consuming chloramine, especially over a long period of time, can cause serious health problems. Not going to go into it but please look it up: "chloramine health risks". I'm hoping to see improved kidney function on my next lab results. Anyway, I'm so happy with the centaur unit and Reel Water Filtration's price point (and quality of work) that we're going to add a softner tank within the coming weeks. I just wish I would have found these guys sooner. Please, feel free to reach out with questions. I am literally so satisfied as a customer that I am willing to advocate on their behalf.

Jonathan of Reel Water Filtration was responsive to all inquiries. He Gives candid interactions and seems very knowledgeable in the water and plumbing business. His 15yr warranty on installation and equipment really made the difference and he even assisted in getting me the proper equipment when I was up-sold via an online vendor for equipment that I did not need. He kept his word on timelines and cost even when dealing with uncooperative weather. Overall, I am happy with the service and would recommend his team for a water softener and filtration install.

Initially the work was superb, but I found out I have a missing hose that has caused discharge to leak and kill my grass. I have reached out to the company multiple times to get this resolved and can no longer get in contact with them. When I offered to get the hose myself, the company stated they would take care of it and implied that the connection and hose are a specialty item that I would not be able to get at the hardware store. I am puzzled that the company will not inform me as to why they are not talking to me anymore, it is quite odd.
