Very fast install with knowledgeable friendly team members. The owner is great at responding and making sure his customers are taken care of. I am still waiting for them to come pick up the old system for recycling, but so far, the water in the house is notably better and the positive effects are pretty much immediate once filtered water enters the house!

The installation process went well and the water has been working fairly well, I occasionally have issues, but overall it works well. My only issue thus far has been with customer service after the fact. That is my one warning for anyone looking to hire this company.

My water filtration system was installed as agreed upon and I love that part of my experience. However, the customer service I have received after this has been absolutely terrible. Jonathan had told me he would remove my old water softener system but it still sits beside my house. Jonathon will not respond to my phone calls, text messages or emails. Jonathon also stated his company would come to my house every three months to fill the system with salt and ensure everything is running correctly, of course I was prepared to pay for this service but that has not happened. I have emailed Jonathan asking if his company would do this and he replied, ?Absolutely.? Again he has failed to follow through on what he said would be done. Such terrible customer service. Stay away from this company!

I would highly recommend this company. Jonathan is fantastic and so are his employees. He was great and patient with answering my never ending questions. He explained everything to me that he was going to do and followed threw on everything he promised. No surprises either, no extra charges when they showed up like a another very well known company did to me and I sent them away. Jonathan is very professional and so very professional in everything he does. They showed up on time and again he answered more questions I had even though he had 4 more installs to complete after me and this was at 2:00PM. Cleaned up everything and took a lot of time getting media out of my water heater that caused our last water softener to fail. Warned me that our water heater was going to fail soon and Jonathan will be who I contact to replace it . Great and honest person and company that he runs and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and neighbors. This is an honest review and I was not paid or give anything to post this.

Unbelievable service, called, came out the same day. Wrote up contract, approved and installed with in 24 hrs!!!! Owner came out to walk thru the installation with us. Very impressive!!!! Lynda B.

Jonathan is young, eager, energetic and knowledgeable. He pays attention to detail and wants to please his customers. Scheduling the appointment for install was easy. He was late for the appointment. The install went without a hitch. It took multiple emails and 12 days to receive the documents he said I would receive no later than the day after the install. Also he was to pick up and remove our old system. Eleven days later our old system was still in our driveway. He said he would pick up the old system yesterday (11 days after install) unfortunately Jonathan got in an accident on his way to our house. The end of the story is, we have our soft water, Jonathan is OK and I took the old system to the dump myself.
