Jonathan (owner) was very responsive and knowledgeable. I spoke to him around 10am and my install was done by 3pm the same day. Seamless, easy, affordable.

The Owner of the company knew what I needed for my area, and sent a technician out the next day. He came out and installed the proper water filtration. Within the hour I had clean odorless conditioned water. I couldnâ t be happier and my wife loves the softer water. Would recommend this company hands down. Mind you this is after having several companies check the water, and telling me. That in order to have clean water I needed over $15,000.00 in new equipment including a new well dug. Honest fast and efficient.

Jonathan Minton, the owner, of the company handled everything with me in spite of the fact that he stated he has over 100 employees and multiple companies. He installed equipment that was less than sub par and not even what he promised, in my opinion. He sticks his own labels on the equipment and thinks that is legit. Beware of ?dual filtration.? He agreed to remove the equipment and then refused to give me a refund. Left a mess in my yard. Having to seek financial restitution through my credit card company.

Jonathan installed our water softener have a very good price. He was extremely knowledgeable And we would definitely hire him again.

Very Quick installation. Had to follow up a few times before getting the faucet replaced for RO system. Quality of work is very good. Great knowledge of filteration systems.

A great water system that is better than the others and half the price. A 15 year warranty! No one else was close. Took care of appointment over the phone. No hard closing sales person showed up. Had another company come to house, never again. Install was quick and very neat. Cleaned up all the pipes from original system years ago. Save a lot of the time I put in researching this project and just call Reel.

Poor communication. Left a hole in the garage wall and never came back to patch it after contacting him multiple times over 6 months.

Johnoathin was very friendly and helpful in doing everything to make sure the work was right to me and my wifeâ s especially my wifeâ s expectations. He was very careful to make it look good with the clean up and appearance.

We had Reel Water Filtration put in our whole house water system a few weeks ago. The whole process was quick and smooth, they were able to come out and install within a week. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. And now I’m so thankful that when I wash my hair I can actually get the soap out and it doesn’t feel like I have ten pounds of product in my hair after blow drying. I’ve even noticed that it’s back to its real color, which I didn’t really notice was being covered under a layer of hard water and chlorine! That’s been the biggest difference for me, but I’ve also noticed the water tastes better. Now I can drink the water out of the fridge, saving money (&the environment). Overall, very happy with the outcome and that we were able to make it happen within our budget. Thank you!!!

Jonathan came out the next business day to instal, he was on time and very helpful. Turned out we had a leak at the water shut off for our house. He replaced the old copper pipes and also put in a line from there to the side of the house where the filtration system now sits. He also helped with an issue inside with our kitchen sink. 10/10 would recommend. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

The owner Jonathan, prior to hiring then by phone walked me through the entire process and sent pictures to my phone so I could see what I am getting. It was an educational experience. The price was pretty good better then i expected. And they do salt service which i also recommend. The service, was amazing ð ! The owner offered to do the install Jonathan, explained in detail everything. He was kind, clean and very respectful ð I am glad to have chosen Reel Water! I highly recommend and appreciate the wonderful job that was done. And I noticed a change in my water almost right away! PS
