This was the first time I used this company. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained how he would handle the repair and the cost. I will definitely use this company again. He also remembered to ask if I had a $25.00 coupon. Which helped with the final bill.

Right from the beginning when I first called and talked to Ann and then later Dee, this was a good experience if one has to spend money. I don't think the price was out of line as the labor was pretty extensive and there was not a lot of room to work with. John was extremely helpful and professional and I can't say enough good things about him. So refreshing to find a company that puts the customer first and strives to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They were very prompt. They called ahead to verify meeting time. They did the work quickly and easily and made sure that the pipe won't get hit by a lawn mower again in the future.

We'd had 3 companies out to give us estimates. This was not the lowest estimate, but John really took the time to sit down with us and talk through the whole project. Since we were first time do it yourself renovaters on such a large project, he made some good suggestions on structural improvements we should take care of before they started. The office staff was always very courteous, but there were communication break downs at points. We ultimately used this company on 2 other remodel projects.

Onsite tech (Scott?) was very determined, and a nice guy overall. He completed the job, cleaned the area, had a nice chat. I thought he was a little pricey for a snake job, but he did a great job!

The plumber was on time and very nice. The receptionist was very courteous too. Everyone I had contact with was more than nice. I am a widow and have had no experience in having a plumber before but always heard they were expensive. I was really shocked at the price but had no choice to get it fixed since it was putting out 100 gallons an hour and had been for 3 days!

Josh and Mike were great! They were very easy to work with, polite and considerate. They provided the best customer service they could and kept their cool under a certain amount of duress. In the end, I was not charged for the work. The contractor causing the problem was billed.

I am quite pleased with the work that Josh did. He was professional, tidy, efficient, and he cleaned up after each job. He did an excellent job. I would definitely call this plumber every time I have a problem, and I would definitely recommend their services to others. As far as price, I do not know if this was pricey or not since I have no experience from which to draw. However, it concerned me more to have someone reputable to do a good job, and the cost was secondary.

Owner came and said he would do research and get back to me. He never called back. I ended up calling him a week later. When you promise a customer that you are going to get back to them to advise them regarding a complex plumbing job, you should notify the customer that you either were or were not able to find a solution. This wasn't done until I called back a week later.

Both of the gentleman who did the estimate as well as the one who actually performed the work were on time, polite, efficient and professional. Pricing was easily the best of the three estimates we received, plus the bonus of the Angie's coupon made the deal even better. The work itself was performed quickly, expertly and neatly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We thought it was a plumbing leak - it was actually a roof leak - we wouldn't have known, they could have told us anything - it's great to work with a company that doesn't take advantage of a situation - I would call them again in a heartbeat. Thanks.

I will not use them again. The owner called to follow-up with me, and would not do anything to make me happy about the price. That says something right there about their company.

The technician showed up on time, clean and professional. He put on booties to protect the newly refinished wood floors and gave us an estimate to replace the toilet. He explained what needed to be done and we asked him how long it would take. He said a few hours. He went and picked up the new toilet, did the job, cleaned up and was gone.

BATHROOM -- EXCELLENT. KITCHEN -- GOOD WORK, QUALITY PRODUCT, BUT NOT NECESSARY, AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD THAT EXPLAINED TO ME BEFORE THEY REPLACED AN ENTIRE FAUCET JUST BECAUSE THE HOSE WAS LEAKING. NEVERTHELESS, I BOUGHT A YEAR'S SERVICE CONTRACT FROM THEM BECAUSE I EXPECT TO HAVE MORE PLUMBING WORK IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AND HE DID DO A GOOD JOB. HE WAS ON TIME, HE WAS VERY POLITE, AND THE COST WAS NOT THAT BAD.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE WITH THE SAME EXCELLENT RESULTS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND DOES GOOD WORK AND PROVIDE USEFUL INFORMATION.
