Arrived and completed work on time as promised and within the estimate. Very happy with the service.

On time, reasonably priced, professional and good quality of work.

I called, explained what I needed, someone called back and scheduled an appointment. The guys had what they needed on the truck. I went to another door to show them what was wrong with the lock and the second guy already had the doors out. They quickly told me the rollers were bad (they looked quite rusted). They gave me a quote and went to work. They were done in short order and gave me a written invoice, I paid and that was it. It was quick and painless. My doors roll like they were new. The locks work great and I am happy.

We thought our sliding glass doors needed to be replaced because they were so hard to open. Nope... one E-mail to Providence Sliding Glass Door and Suzanne scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Dave came out on time (a little early) and immediately assessed the situation. Our track was badly worn and the rollers on the bottom of the sliding glass door needed to be replaced. Dave told me my options and I gave him the green light to perform the work. They were in and out in less than an hour and had a lot of work to do. The door is PERFECT now! No more pulling a muscle by wrestling with the door to open or shut it. Thank you guys !!!

The work was completed quickly and the results are wonderful. They did a great job and would use them again. Both guys who came were very friendly and professional.

I called Providence on Monday Dec 19th and they told me someone would be in my neighborhood on thursday. That wasgreat because my children were coming and the sliding doors to the lanai were almost impossible to open and only had an indentation to open the door. They came exactly as scheduled. After checking the doors they told me what needed to be done and within an hour the doors were moving like they were brand new. Even my crazy barking lab couldn't deter them.

Sliding glass door was very hard to open and shut. Track was bent/bulged in at least two places. Lock wasnt functioning and even when closed there was a gap near the top right side. Called Providence on wednesday and made an appointment for the following day between noon and 1. Was informed that it was usually possible, if we agreed with the estimate, to have the work done right then. Dave Conyers and an assitant arrived promptly at 1215. After looking over the problem quoted a price of $240 for everything including the new door handle and lock. Based on other prices I have seen seemed very reasonable. So told them to go ahead. Very efficient. Worked well as a team. Cleaned up totally after themselves. Made sure we tried the door and were happy with the result. Now we have to be careful as the door glides open and shut instead of forcing it. Lock works perfectly. Highly recommended.

Dave came out to provide a free estimate. [That's quite a good service to begin with.] I was pleased with his quote and he completed the agreed upon work. The doors work so great. It is so nice to have them slide easily instead of having to drag them across the tracks to close them. Dave was very pleasant and professional. I will use him again. And I can easily recommend him to other Angie's List users.

Our sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open and close. We called Providence and Dave came over and replaced the rollers and capped the track. The door now feels as though it’s floating on air when we open and close it. We highly recommend Providence to anyone experiencing a problem with their sliding glass doors. Professional, courteous, and amazing workmanship – probably the best money we’ve ever spent on a home repair.

I did comparative shopping and the price was reasonable. They did an excellent job. The workers were efficient and very, very courteous. They came right on time.

I called another company from Angies List and I was told that I needed to replace the whole track (16' long) and it would be about $700.00, that was the best solution that they could offer me. Replacing the whole door system estimate came at $4500.00 from another company. Providence came and fixed the doors like new for $145.00 and we are so very happy with the savings and also with the end results... No need for replacing the whole track or doors. I saw Dave's ad in our homeowner's association newsletter. I checked out his website and decided to give him a call. He called me back the same day and we arranged for an appointment. He was on time and after assessing the problem, quoted me an estimate, which I thought to be a fair amount. He then proceeded to work quickly and was done in less than a half hour. My door works beautifully! Dave was most pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Providence Doors to all Angie's List members!
