They did a good job. No complaints. It did take a few days longer to complete, spread out over a few weeks. They did give me notice and kept their word on their arrivals.

Tim was our service provider. This is the 2nd time he has serviced this toilet (last time it had a leak). He is always friendly and helpful. He took care of the problem and cleaned up after (this was a very messy project). I would definitely use them again. They are price competitive with other plumbers was have used in the past.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. We recently bought this condo and knew that the pipe fittings were brittle and sooner or later the pressure on them would result in a leak. Mcnatt was one of the plumbing companies we called in for an estimate on replacing our plumbing, and they impressed us from the first. They not only had the best price (in spite of requiring 2 days to do the work plus cutting through dry wall rather than the 1 day and no dry wall removal the other companies quoted), they were the only company that included in their estimate having the plumbing inspected and certified done correctly after they completed the job. No one else even mentioned having an plumbing inspector involved at all. The 2 men who did the job worked hard and consistently for 2 days, and I can't imagine how anyone else could have done such a thorough job in only 1 day. The dry wall was removed behind the bathroom mirrors (and then replaced) to insure the bathroom plumbing was installed correctly. They changed the faucets for me in the bathrooms at no extra charge, and found something else that needed to be upgraded on the toilet on/off valves. It's been over a year since they replaced our pipes, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

This was a whole house repipe of fresh water supply to residence. Our house is '60's era with a more recent major addition, so the job was particularly involved. We ran into several unexpected situations during the job, and at each turn the employees took the time to make sure it was handled as smoothly and professionally as possible. The entire job was done on time and for the estimated price, despite the unforeseen problems. I highly recommend this company.

WE USED SCOTTO'S PLUMBING. THE FIRST PLUMBER DID NOTHING. WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED. THEN THEY SENT A SECOND PLUMBER WHO DID BETTER AND REPAIRED A PIPE IN THE ATTIC. THE LEAK STILL CONTINUED SO WE THEN TRIED MCNATT PLUMBING. THEY FIXED PART OF THE LEAK AND THEN NEEDED TO RETURN TO FIX THE BALANCE OF THE LEAK. WE THINK WE HAVE THE PROLBEM FIXED NOW. ALL WERE PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME. WE JUST HAD A DIFFICULT PLACE WHERE THE PIPE BROKE AND WAS HARD TO DIAGNOSE.
