Description of Work: Plumbing issue happened on a Sunday. They returned the phone call and had someone out within the hour. He was very informative, happy and helpful. He even took his shoes off before entering the house! I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: The company was very responsive to my Saturday call for a plumber to fix a burst irrigation line that left me with water turned off. It was a hard job and late in the day, so I know the plumber was probably tired. Still I had impression that the plumber took longer to finish job than should have. Had to go to Lowes for PVC irrigation line. He replaced small half-foot sections of line, which broke in a series,instead of just replacing entire 3 feet of line that ran under a wooden sidewalk. Roots had pushed against the pipe and I think he wanted to avoid digging up full length that passed under walkway in case he encountered more roots. But it didn't make sense for me to replace the walkway deck boards over a patch in the pipe when a 3 ft of pvc would replace the entire length running under the walkway deck boards. He eventually did replace entire section. But only because small patches in line pushed breaks to occur further along the pipe. Worked out in the end, but not because of thinking ahead. May have just been end of a long hard day for all of us.

Description of Work: I recently called because the kitchen sink had a really slow drain that in previous occasions I had to have it addressed by Roto Rooter but never completely resolved. I also told Roto Rooter to check the garbage disposal to ensure it was ok. Long story short, Chip from Llona came over resolved the issue fast for the slow drain and also replaced the garbage disposal as it was broken. Awesome service and pleasant staff!

Larry the owner has over 35 years experience and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge. It is nice to call a company and feel that they are listening to your concerns and that they followed thru and completed the job efficiently and professionally. They are licensed and insured and plumbing is something that a professional should do and not a handy man! They did an excellent job for a very competitive rate and I feel we got more than our money's worth. It feels good to support a local company that is family owned and operated and not a big chain. You can see the difference in their personalized service and quality work. I will continue to call Llona for all of my future plumbing needs and I will not hesitate to tell all my friends and family. I know if you select this company that they will not let you down. I was also amazed with the reasonable rates.
