I was provided with a repair vs replacement quote. They answered all of my questions which helped me to knowledably weigh my options. In the end I got a great unit with a 10 year warranty and I am very happy with it and the service.

B A Mechanical had my AC unit back up and running within an hour of making the call, they are the only company I have ever used that was as prompt and efficient! I was expecting them to attempt to sell me on a unit replacement but instead they offered a repair solution which saved me ALOT of money. I really appreciate the honesty and ability to work with me to find the right solution for my needs.
