My 14 year old car had air conditioning problems. I had left it over the winter months, and desperately needed it fixed with the warmer weather. I was in the area of South Dale Mabry, so made an appointment and took it in.The office manager is outstanding. He immediately welcomed me, took my info and keys and got the car into a bay immediately. They have a waiting room w. coffee, TV and reading material, so I settled in and waited. He came back to the waiting area within the hour to tell me that I had two leaks in my air conditioning system - one very minor that a leak stop product probably would address, and the other a bit more serious, involving the compressor. He gave me my options (get the freon recharged, but it would eventually leak back out or get the compressor fixed, which would cost approximately 600.00). I opted for the recharge at this time, but if I do decide that I am keeping the car, I am definitely taking it back to Ashley and her crew. I've been to three different locations of Ice Cold Air in Tampa, and I have never had a bad experience. This time was no exception, I even received a followup call a week or so after the repair, to ask if everything was still OK with the car. I have NEVER received a followup call after getting a car repair. Awesome service.

It went really well. The cost of the work was very reasonable.

Yet again I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. They told me up front that this portion of the repair would take at least a whole day, probably a day and a half. They were spot on and got me out on time. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that they did not replaced my headlamps. When I told them about this, they immediately apologized, took my car back in the shop and had them replaced right then. It didn't take but a few minutes and I was ready to roll! What I appreciate most about their service is that they follow up with you a few weeks after your service is done to make sure that everything is going okay. I truly feel that they are very honest and reputable people, and they take care to keep my interior clean too. They do also have coupons on their Web site and they send you coupons after your service to keep you coming back. This is a great way to keep your car in shape and not worry about it costing a fortune. Their prices are fair, but a coupon always helps!

Ice Cold Air facilities are individually owned and operated. I went to the the Sligh Ave facility in Tampa where Cody is the owner/manager. Cody and his mechanics have their act together. Professional, hardworking and competent. Go to the Ice Cold Air website and request a one time $25.00 discount on work before you go. Also expect to receive follow up discount coupons in the mail after your work is complete. Ice Cold Air is a discount auto repair company. I got more than I paid for.

To say this experience was smooth is an understatement. I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday and they called me promptly Monday morning to go over the repairs. The shop manager was very reasonable with me on working within my budget and was even able to make recommendations for service on things I really needed, and things that could wait if they needed to wait. The repairs were finished the following day, even though I had a lot that needed to be done! Ice Cold Air on Dale Mabry has never pushed any services on me that they did not feel were necessary. Their mechanics are very well-trained and experienced, and I haven't had any problems with my vehicle since the repairs were completed. I drive a long way to have them service my vehicle because of their experience. The owner of this shop is a local graduate (Go Bulls!) and I want to support a local whenever possible. This shop encourages their customers to refer friends and family, and rewards them for doing the same. They also FOLLOW UP with their customers (the owner called me a week later) to make sure everything went well and to ask if there were any concerns or comments. I will continue to take my vehicles to Ice Cold Air because they can be trusted, in my opinion. It's hard to find a good mechanic in these days, so I'm holding on to them tightly!

My dialer ship wanted to charge me twelve hundred. They are just great! They gave me a ride back to my house then called to tell what they could do for me and for what price. I would give them a page of happiness recommendation.
