My three year old dryer was taking two cycles to completely dry the laundry. Pollux Home Services was recommended by Home Advisor. German quoted me on the phone the cost and his process in cleaning the vent. He was easy to converse with, punctual and showed me what he removed from the dryer vent and it was a lot. He cleaned up any debris on the floor and my laundry requires so much less time to dry now. I will call him at least every other year to have my dryer vent cleaned. N.R., Weston, FL

Pollux Home Services is a great company. German reached out and 10 minutes later he was here. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. After hearing from other people that the tile had to be removed before the microwave could be installed he proved otherwise. Got the job done cleaned up and was also reasonably priced Would recommend him for any plumbing or electrical job you have

German Herrera was my lifesaver. My contractor left me with an incomplete shower system installation. German came and examined the work the previous plumber did and something was wrong He immediately got in his truck and went to Hone Depot. He worked for hours until everything was perfect. He is awesome!

Recently, our water heater stopped working. I was confident it was one of two or both heating elements, but I did not have a tester and I did not know who can help me since I trust no one. I searched my community website for a recommendation and there were several for German Herrera. I decided to call him and I am so glad I did. German understood that my parents (mid 80s) needed our water heater working right. Within minutes German identified which heating element needed to be replaced. In addition to replacing our heating element, he replaced two copper pipes and soldered a loose connection at no additional cost. German has almost every tool for almost any job. I learned that he has over 10 years experience replacing & repairing water heaters. He has worked at a couple of very well known companies and has repaired or replaced more than 4,000 heaters.I strongly recommend German Herrera (786-488-6422) for any water heater problem. In addition to water heaters, German has many years experience and expertise in plumbing, appliance installation, electrical, and several handyman jobs. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, and friendly.
