+ -1 moreI would recommend him. He is very willing to sit down and talk. He is part of an HMO. He has been absolutely outstanding in terms of making any referrals. He referred me to an orthopedic surgeon, an endocrinologist, and he referred me for a stress test. He always makes referrals to top notch people, which is very important to me. I haven't had any major problems but I feel very comfortable that if it is something that needs a major specialist, he will not be reluctant in referring me. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I’ve never been really sick when I have gone to him. I see him mostly for wellness visits. I will continue to see him.
Description of Work: Dr. Vanlandingham is my primary care physician. I see him once a year for an annual checkup.

+ -1 moreDuring my visit, Dr. Vanlandingham greets me with a smile and a friendly hello. We discuss my current problems and current treatments. I have always felt that we are working together to provide me with the best care possible. He listens to my ideas and provides me with further information so that I may make an informed choices of treatment.
Description of Work: I have used Dr. Hugh Vanlandingham for many years as my primary doctor. I have regular follow up visits for minor chonic illness such as high blood pressure.
