I just moved in to my home 3 weeks ago, when I woke up this morning a toilet upstairs leaked into my kitchen floor down below. I went straight to my computer and got three numbers from Service Magic, but before I could get my phone to call any of them All 4 One called me! They were attentive and listened to my problem. Each person I talked to was very knowledgeable and explained costs up front before they did the work. They arrived in about an hour and they offered me flexible solutions that enabled me to have control over what was done vs. what I could save for a later date. The service pro (Dean) showed up on time to replace the water heater, he was friendly and explained the the work to be performed. Additional parts were needed from Home Depot and he went for those to complete the job. The worksite was cleaned afterwards and the system was checked for hot water in the kitchen. Good job.

The guy showed up when he said he would be there. Was there on time. Took care of the problem. At first it looked like my wiring was messed up. He even was going to Home depot, but afterwards didn't need to but was not leaving my house until I was happy. Nice guy.
