They did three rooms in three days. We are very satisfied with the work and the floors. We would recommend them to someone considering new flooring.

Description of Work: I couldn't ask for better service or responsiveness from a company. They were on time, professional and efficient with the installation of a new wood floor. There was a lot of attention paid of detail and the end result was excellent. Shortly after the installation my dog got sick during the night and left a large dark stain on the new floor. I called Jerry, the manager, and asked for his advice. He called back, not once but twice to offer solutions he got directly from the flooring company. He took a real interest AFTER the sale, a refreshing change from the now routine indifference of the mega-stores. If I have any complaint, I thought the auxiliary materials, the quarter-rounds for instance, were very pricey. But, that's a small thing. All in all, I would highly recommend this company. They care about quality.

The buying experience was excellent, the selection of materials was good and the sales staff was helpful and courteous. The installation went well and the minor issues found afterwards were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. We are very happy with our flooring.

They have a nice selection of flooring at all price points and have many displayed so one can see how the floor actually looks installed. We were able to check out samples and bring them home to see how they look in the space. Our installers were Paul and Alica Bordas and they were fantastic as well. Very pleased with overall experience and beats the big box stores all the way around! Highly recommend!
