Brilliant Roofing

I hired Brilliant roofing because of the good reviews on Home Advisor. The roof took them approximately 25 days to complete from the day they started the work. That is an Outrageous, Unprecedented, and Unacceptable amount of time! This left my roof exposed to the weather and element for approximately 3 full weeks. Not Good! The work was not finish as originally scheduled, and the general manager gave me several scheduled updates for the work to be finish and failed to meet dead line every time. It was extremely frustrating. The roofers also left a large mess on my front yard for days, I sent pictures to the company and they finally sent someone to clean up the mess. The general manager stopped replying to my emails after a while, totally unprofessional. The roofers would come one day and the be gone for days; they were jumping from site to site. I will not recommend Brilliant roofing to anyone. Brilliant roofing was a Brilliant disappointment.

Great price. Installed metal roof in the time frame quoted. Answered all questions. Cleaned up after the install. Would highly recommend.

Everyone at Brilliant Roofing was very helpful and answered all of my questions throughout the process . Very personable representative Megan helped me get started . Then sales rep. Andrew created an estimate while explaining every aspect of the project thoroughly . Josh the roofer answered all of my questions and would periodically take pictures of the progress made and show them to me . I am very happy I chose Brilliant Roofing to do this work .

I hired Brilliant to put a metal roof on my home in Pensacola. They gave me the proposal and I agreed. I took about a month for materials, as expected, but they got the wrong screws. This issue took another 6 weeks to resolve. Then they had a hard time finding competent personnel to put on my roof due to his steep incline. They eventually found a crew and they did an outstanding job. While the entire project took almost 4 months from contract to completion, I am very pleased with the final product. In their defense, this roof was put on after a hurricane, so it was expected to take awhile.

Troy was professional and quick. He help us placing a claim on our roof. He gave us the options of shingles or metal roof pricing and for a few dollars more we decided on the medal roof. They were a week ahead schedule, but demo results were great. He's crew were clean and professionals, they replaced some of the plywood that was damage. I was impressed after end of the day someone from the crew to comb the yard with a magnetic stick to sure nails/screws weren't left behind and they also used a leaf blower (very important). I can't believe how fast my new metal roof went up. We decided to feed the crew after all they were so professional and clean, but most of all how respectful they were. Even the managers came after hours to inspect the work, no issues. Definitely recommend Brilliant Roofing for an excellent and quality job.

Brilliant Roofing was very responsive and efficient. I received a quote for our repair immediately after the estimator finished his review of the damage. The repair work was completed less than a week after I had accepted their quote.

I am so happy I chose this company to replace my roof. From the estimate to the completed project, everyone was so nice. The price was great and they used very high quality materials. I was also amazed at how fast the old roof was ripped off and the new roof was installed. I see many homes sit for weeks before the next phase is done. Troy was quick to come out and provide an estimate for a new roof. Providing many options at a competitive price. He was familiar with our homeowners association regarding roof requirements and restrictions. Troy's team was quick to perform the demo and demo results were great. Very thorough at identifying damaged plywood that needed to be replaced. It was a very clean demo, they even had someone come on a separate occasion to comb the yard with a magnetic stick to make sure nails/screws weren't left behind (very important since I have 2 young boys and a dog). I can't believe how fast my new metal roof went up. They don't jump around multiple work sites like other roofers. I've seen other houses in my neighborhood wait weeks to months to have there new roof placed. Very nice office staff and crew. Definitely recommend Brilliant Roofing for a quality job.
