Ordering was easy, installation stayed on time table, up and running fully functional the same day. All Tech's worked in professional courteous manor at all times. Frank complied with all requested equipment and also made some good sound reasonable suggestions based off of years of experience. Kevin the on-site Project Manager worked well direction his team, all worked together in a harmonious expedited pace. Fully satisfied with the end results, will utilize their services again.

We paid $1695.00 to All-American Air - they didn't seal it up correctly - it continued to leak - they continued to tell us it was the pipes. It took other HVAC professionals to fix the damage they did - and my son had to put out more money but what should have been warranted by All-American. I also have (had) a year round maintenance with them on our home - and they never call to remind you to use it -- for your twice a year check-up. IMO - they hope you forget so they don't have to come out. The only reason I remembered was because we were dealing with my son's condo. Needless to say, we won't be using their services anymore. Waychoff Air Conditioning came to his rescue - and to their benefit, they even attempted to talk to Frank at All-American to explain the issue - they didn't even want to hear it. Shame on All-American Air, I can see why their online-Google reviews are plummeting. If same claims court wasn't such a hassle, we would be there with them.
Description of Work: We had a compressor installed at my son's condo. They had to replace it 3x. They screwed it up 3x - and are refusing to take accountable for it. We had 2 other qualified HVAC people out there - that have confirmed the mistakes that All-American Air have made - yet they are refusing to make it right. As a matter of fact - they want to argue with us. They said it was our pipes - and it wasn't. The condo is fairly new - within 5-7 years old.

The "customer service" folks at ALL AMERICAN told me that we don't service "YOUR AREA" anymore and we can't provide good service to you- even for existing customers that were sold equipment which broke less than 18 months after they sold it. They acted like they were doing me a favor by NOT fixing the unit they sold me and would only service the unit if I went to the back of the Line and waited 2 or 3 days when it was convenient. Nice. They had No LENNOX Preferred vendors they would recommend to me and basically said they are not willing to drive to our office park area- maybe 20 miles on the Interstate- to fix my unit. I was concerned that I would have to find another company who does not SELL LENNOX GARBAGE and they would not know the intrinsic flaws in their systems. And that concern was borne out. I had to hire a competitor and of course, they spent 4 hours trying to isolate the issue and never found it and then offered to spray a sealant in the system to solve a possible leak. (This technique is actually against the recommendations of LENNOX and would possibly have voided my warranty. ) Then, I called a "factory-authorized" Lennox dealer who was able to diagnose the issue as a "stuck or defective valve" and that there was NO Leak. This DEALER should be commended as they knew their product and were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue-which should have been done by the original LENNOX dealer. My Advice? Never buy LENNOX units and NEVER use All- American A/C in St. Augustine, Florida. They can't be trusted to fix what they sell and let someone else clean up their messes. IF you HAVE to Fix a LENNOX-which is certainly going to happen-use MC GOWEN More ADVICE?? BUY TRANE! Every unit I have owned by them has WAY outlasted anything else I have ever owned.
Description of Work: Installed a 5 TON Lennox Heat Pump A/C system for a Small Commercial Property in Southern Jacksonville, Florida. The LENNOX unit broke after 17 months and ALL AMERICAN refused to provide repair service to my account and told me "we needed to find another company" because they no longer provide timely service to this "area." Surprisingly, they had NO ONE else they could recommend!! My office is located about, maybe, 20 miles away from their home office. I am NOT a fan of LENNOX units as we own 5-10 rental properties and I find them to be one of the least reliable units on the market. All American has made $ on units that I purchased at 2 other rental properties. Perhaps, we should ALL sell products to our customers and then refuse to fix the preferred brand of A/C units or products we recommend to our customers.
