I received the bait switch from this company. I was quoted a price of $1500. The workers went to lunch and came back telling me the work will cost $4500 which worked it is way up to $5700 in the same conversation. All I wanted was the work I asked for done. I refused to get the work done and they charged me $500 for digging a small hole and standing around talking. I wrote back requesting $250 be refunded since they did not do $500 worth of work. My email was ignored.

Services performed: plumber ran snake from vent stack to clear sewer line blockage; and, a camera diagnostic to identify cause of the blockage. On site tasks were performed in a punctual and professional manner. The camera diagnostic of the sewer line was included in the overall costs -- the video clearly identified the cause of the sewer blockage. Good value for the services provided.

Great job and customer service

very professional, courteous company. Greg the technician was great! The only thing I wasn't too please about was that I had to hire my pool deck surfacing expert to make it look like before the work was done. That added an unplanned expense.
