Technician was nice. Scheduling was horrible. Would have been an hour and a half late the first attempt. Had to reschedule. Never confirmed the time for the next appt. So they showed with nobody home. Had to reschedule again. Then completed the drain cleaning. Water still backing up and now they want me to go through this process again with a "supervisor". They "apologize for any inconvenience because we are changing our systems." I'm sorry but that really doesn't help me as a consumer. Not a pleasant experience.

Scheduling went a little bad, but in the end they showed up and did the job.

Kenny, Michael and Chris were amazing. We needed a complete re-plumbing of the house and sewer line to he street. They were fast, hardworking and prompt. Highly recommend.

We hired them to come out and replace a couple of faucets and when they were done we paid them $350, then we noticed that there was a leak so we called them and they came out and fixed it and pd. them $135 to update the copper pipe, to make a long story short, they came out a total of more than 6 times to repair the leak and it is still leaking. After many calls and much frustration they came out today and finally resolved the issue.

Were here on time. Got right to work and fixed leaky faucet.

They arrived as promised they completed the job in 15 minutes and it was a great value money-wise for the work I really appreciated them coming out the day before Thanksgiving and ensure that I my sink was ready for Thanksgiving

The toilet install needed an adjustment and it was very hard to get a hold of anyone. I finally did and they came out on Sunday to fix, though much later than first told.

Had leaks on the past so this time I decided to replace the water main pipe from the street to my garage . We Got 3 estimates , These plumbers were the only ones that showed up on time and still had the best price ! They had it done and inspected the following day .We are very Happy with the service .

We have owned 7 properties so far and have had many types of services done over the years. We that in mind I must say that every aspect of the service we received from Hafke plumbing was outstanding. The Tech that came out (Matt) was excellent, very knowledgeable and polite. This was the best plumber Ive ever hired.

Overpriced for rather simple pipe repair.

They took much longer than they said they would, damaged my brand new vanity and bath rugs, left handprints all over my newly painted walls and kitchen. They came back several times to repair what they fixed. Although they made an effort to fix/repair the mess/damage they caused, I am still waiting for the check to replace my rugs.

These guys were fast, total work time, start to finish, 11 minutes. However the charged for than double than every other plumber i contacted. If I hadn't been desperate I definitely would have gone with another company. I almost felt as though their rates were inflated because I was desperate. $429 to snake a kitchen drain, which, as I said, took less than 15 minutes.

Chris was very professional and did a very good job at a fair price. We are very happy with our new kitchen faucet and side sprayer. We will contact them again for future work and are very pleased with their service including how quickly we got a return call to set up an appointment. From our experience, Hafke plumbing is a great company.

Quoted me over 5000 for putting a washer into my garage, then when I decided to put it inside he told me that he would attach it to the main drain for the house to ensure proper drainage. Actually ended up attaching to the kitchen sink. In all honesty I could've done the job for 10% of the money in the same time.

Chris from Hafke plumbing was prompt for the estimate but ended up completing some helpful problem solving on the spot. Their pricing for the repair was very reasonable and suggestions were very helpful.

The plumber arrived about two hours late, but kept me informed. The job consisted in swapping out a three hole tube and shower faucet with a single handle faucet set. The work was performed meticulously and the results performs and looks great. They bill flat rates.

Hafke scoped my sewer line, roots had destroyed the pipe, they dug a 40 foot ditch by hand, cleaned the cast iron pipe under the house, laid new pvc sewer pipe, had inspection, and filled in the ditch. It came to 18.25 man hours and I was charged $7,200. That comes to $394 per hour.
