It's been 3 months since we hired this company. The sewer pipe is in the ground and there is a big hole in the yard. Not sure permits were were ever pulled. We had to file permits with the county. Hole still in yard. Grandma has no sewer. Still waiting.

They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves and I will definately be using them again.

Michael did an outstanding job and arrived very promptly to solve the problem. Knew exactly what had to be done and finally solved our problem of wasting our money with other companies. Thank you very much and I will most certainly have them come out to do more repairs at my home and recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing done at their home.

Had slow drain and a small backup on 11/18/2018, had a different plumber out to fix it. On 1/1/2018 another backup, this one was huge. For less money than the original company wanted to come back out, Hafke plumbing came out and took care of it. They also came out the next day to run a camera to find the problem, included in cost. Matt was nice and professional.

I needed a kitchen faucet installed, but Hafke Plumbing said because I hadn't purchased the faucet from them, they had to charge me $155 for what should take about an hour. It actually only took 1/2 an hour, but I still had to pay them $155. I've never had a plumber in 30 years of renovations that charged me extra because I bought my own faucet. I mean really, do they have a showroom? I wouldn't want to install a faucet I hadn't actually seen,.

After a weekend delay, they showed up after we called Office again. Must coordinate visit with Office not tell Plumber who said he was coming back the next day ( never did or called to say he wasn’t ), after he said he secured the proper washers for shower. Thought work good, another Plumber who actually fixed had a clean cut, executive look, came to fix. He was truly excellent; friendly, knowledgeable and explained work fully. But cost was 75.00 higher then what I thought it would be, but would definitely hire them again. Plumbers are expensive I guess, very sad for retired late septuagenarians living on social security .(70’s)

Kenny was very personable and professional. He took a good amount of time to go over all costs and options, and patiently waited until I finally decided on the choice of hardware and installation. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you!

Where is my receipt? $327.00 to replace 3 bath tub valves is exorbitant, then not delivering the promised receipt? Should I cancel my payment?

I asked for a business card however he could not produce one. I also requested a receipt since I paid with a debit card and was looking to write this off as a business expense. I was told it would later be emailed to me, although it never was.

I chose them because it is a family business. They did a great job. and the price was fair. They accommodated our special scheduling and communications requests including photos since I'm not local and my elderly parents live in the house. Mom doesn't like strangers coming in the home but she really liked them. When I had a question about how something was billed they responded immediately to my satisfaction.

Great job and great price. On time and quick work. No problems!
