We were very happy with Jordan from Hafke Plumbing. He was very polite and professional. Did the work, cleaned up, and did a quick job. Gave us a couple of option for our problem and advised us on which would be best.

John did a great job

They rooted the sewer line and cleared the blockage then ran a camera in the line and showed me what problems needed fixed.

Some very old sewer pipe was causing a backup into my bathroom toilet and shower and the only solution was to replace the old pipe, which unfortunately ran underneath my patio. This resulted in my concrete patio being dug up in order to replace the old pipe. This was quite a project and problems did occur during the process. However, the excellent customer service provided by Billy made up for the problems and the end result was a great job and another satisfied customer.

Best plumbing company that Iâ ve ever worked with. I had major plumbing work done that took over two weeks to accomplish. These folks worked long hours to complete the job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and clean. I would highly recommend this company.

The experience was a mixed bag. There were a lot of issues, slow to finish the job, and some mistakes were made. Customer service was also a mixed bag.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism shown by everyone I had contact with prior to, during, and after the service call. Alex called to confirm prior to the appointment, and he showed up exactly on time! Both technicians were polite, knowledgable, and professional. They gave me a very reasonable quote and completed the project the same day. The owner also followed up afterwards...wow! This level of service is very rare...I own a house and have dealt with plenty of repairmen...this is the most high quality service I've experienced! It's quite obvious that the owner cares about his reputation and clients. I would absolutely recommend this company!!

Did a great job and a big job on an old house. Completely re-piped and all of drain system in bathroom. Just a few days, passed inspections, competitive prices, I did several interviews before selecting Hafky Plumbing. Would hire again.
