Would not quote the job prior to arrival. On arrival, quote was very high, but I needed it done and no others from Home Advisor responded. Did not do the job very well the first time. Set the toilet in place, but not bolted down to make it look like the job was done. It was not. Did not make second appointment, Third time around, they redid the job of setting the toilet, replacing the broken flange but quoted a very high price again. Three times and you're out!! It cost me about $755 to reseat a toilet. Plumber's robbery!! UPDATE: They offered a $200 refund if I would change his review, but only after I changed the review. Not very ethical, eh

This company is first class all the way! They went over and beyond with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. David was great, very skilled took the customer service thing over the top. To save me the cost of shipping from Home Depot he went to the store and picked up the water heater, then installed it and it works perfectly! I would recommend this company 1000% - great work, great customer service, great price, you can't go wrong with these guys. I'm already planning my kitchen plumbing project and only David is invited! Hire them you won't be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We thought we had a massive, several thousand dollar leak (confirmed by the 1st estimate - for which we paid $122.50). The extremely competent young man, Austin Craig, spent quite a long time examining every part of our house - discovered the source - a blown toilet seal. I cannot recommend this business, James K. Have, more highly. We are so relieved!

Austin could have capped off the pipe to allow me to have water for that night and come back the next day. He felt it was his responsibility to stay and get the job done, and done correctly. He was awesome.
