After setting the appointment on the scheduled day I received a text message from the company that included a photo and information on the plumber to arrive. That was a nice touch to start. The appointment was to camera scope our sewer line to look for a clean out that could not be located 10 days before by a Rotorooter Tarpon Springs plumber(?) who cleared a clog with horrible and questionable results. RR never scoped the line and reported that they went out 90 ft of snake until they found a blockage in the line that they cleared for $565! Did not clear any discharge or grey water before or after pulling a flush and couldn't find the sewer main but went out 90 feet. The house lot is not even that long. So when this service put in the camera they found water backing up at 32 feet from the same access, then marked the spot on the outside lawn, returned with a snake and found a blockage at 40 feet out which turned out to be a root that penetrated from the underside of the sewer pipe and bound the snake so it would not clear the line. We decided that this would be the location to excavate and cut to install a bi-directional tee as a clean out. This was a full days job and worth the money for all the labor and effort put in to the process by one man. The follow up was equally impressive, receiving text messages and a questionnaire on the service received. Obviously a business intending to be around and remain competitive. If you need a knowledgeable and reliable plumber call this company and ask for Sal! 5 stars +

After receiving the bill and checking with home advisor on the national average for this service provided, I estimated that I was overcharged by at least a $1,000. The plumber orchestrated the work. The ditch was dug by two men, ~ 40 feet taking 4 hous. The connection by the plumber was performed in 3 hours. I am grateful to have water again, but next time I will request or attain several quotes and do my homework.

Austin and his assistant were both very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. They take pride in their work and make sure the costumer is satisfied. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They do good work, but they charge way to much for parts and service.

James K. H.is extremely professional and friendly. They are very good at keeping you updated throughout the entire process. We had a fridge line that needed to be replaced. We did not end up going forward with their proposal because it was $285 just to cut and repair the line. We felt that was much higher than it should have been. Overall, a friendly company and great service, just priced very high for this type of repair.

Hafke and Michael were great. They were able to respond to my issue almost immediately. Michael called me 15 minutes out to let me know he was coming. During the call, he was pleasant and professional, and solved my problem quickly. He also performed a plumbing inspection, at no extra cost. I most definitely will hire Hafke, and again.

The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed for the price that was quoted. I'm very satisfied with the job that was done and will definitely use this company again.

They arrived within the time window and evaluated my toilet problem. I was impressed with their work, I had them quote me on replacing my kitchen sink faucet. They replaced it the same day and I was pleased with the whole job.
