Very thorough. Had previously had 2 different plumbers out who didn't fully explore or fix the problems. Kafke took time and, I believe, resolved my issues. It was pricey but at this point I was just so happy to get resolution. Serviceman was friendly and thorough. Even got his supervisor out to doublecheck the issues.. They are not the cleanest plumbers, left a bit of a mess, and that's the reason for the half star on value. But they will certainly be the plumbers I call in the future when I have problems. Highly recommend.

Justin was very attentive, explained what needed to be done and the cost. He was very efficient working and very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber that knows what he is doing and keep you advised of the progress as he addresses any issues that may arise during the repairs.
