+ -1 moreI requested a service appointment through Angie's list on a Saturday. I was contacted in under two hours and a service person was at my house in less than two hours after that. Prompt, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Rate i was charged was reasonable and honest. Not only do I plan on being a returning client, i plan to recommend to friends and colleagues.
Description of Work: Service and cleaned AC. Coils inside machine clogged causing cool air not to circulate.

Description of Work: Did a good inspection and cleaning of the system. We later had a leak in the drip pan and they came out and fixed it right away under the service we purchased. No additional cost.

+ -1 moreAs soon as I purchased the deal I received an email from Doug. I called to make the appointment and Doug answered. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. Roy came out to inspect my a/c and he was also very professional and good at explaining what's going on without scaring me (I have a 14 year old unit). He was on time and he took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I was really impressed and I feel like I'm in good hands.
Description of Work: I bought two a/c inspections and a year warranty through Florida A/C Experts, which was offered as one of Angie's List Big Deal offers. I had the first inspection/maintenance appointment.
