Quick response, courteous professional service

I was contacted within half-hour of my inquiry, appointment set for same day and arrived right on time. SCOTT had a good work ethic and snaked pipes to clear clog. Checked wife's concerns in MB and changed out toilet fill valve. Good natured and friendly as he worked, would call again.

Added a valve to the cold water line at the hotwater heater to send water to the fridge in the garage. New valve leaked after installation. Came back out next day, tightened it more, thought the leak stopped but it didn't. Came back out the next day, replaced the valve, no leak. Price for work done was extremely high, but chose this company because they were the only ones recommended by home advisor.

Service was to expensive for my budget

Arrived on time. Looked at problem, toilet, gave info on the problem along with the price Did the job and cleaned up. Had him look at the other toilet, which was old but working, he showed a possible problem, gave price which I oked and he fixed. They tech presented himself well and left work area clean. Would hire again.

I needed information from them about the faucet and garbage disposal they installed to give to the warranty company which had 60 days to submit. I called them twice and they never called me back. Although I gave them a top rating right after the job, because they would not help me with info to give to the warranty company, I definitely do not recommend them.

I was impressed that they gave me good advice about my plumbing issue, and didn't do work that wasn't needed. When a leak developed the next day they returned promptly (and after hours!) to take care of it at a very reasonable price.

***WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS**** We called them about a small amount of moisture in our back bedroom. They said we had a cracked slab and "slab leak". They recommended re-piping our whole house to a tune of $5000. We are seniors, but not stupid. We called a leak detection company who came out and told us we didn't have a plumbing leak at all. No cracked slab, no slab leak, just some seepage from where the sprinkler system hits the house. This is the second bad experience we have had with this company. If I could give them negative stars I would!!

The people were very nice, polite, and punctual. That's all I can say. They charged me WAAAY too much AND I had to hire another person to clean up their mess.

We had a 2pm appointment, and they called to let me know they had an earlier time, if I wanted, which I did. He was on time, and quick to fix the problem. He was very nice, and very clear on the work he was doing, the warranty, and the payment.

Staff at Benjamin Franklin kept me informed about my appointment and the tech was extremely good. Very satisfied with the repairs made.
