Pleased with punctuality, courtesy, and professionalism. Replacing the broken cracked tank lid was my idea. Oddly, the only down side was difficulty in getting the office to set a date for installing the lid.

Surprisingly, Mike came within just a few hours, knew exactly what he was doing, and acted like a professional. (good thing I called when I did because the septic tank was nearly overflowing) After he drained the tank he asked me to flush every toilet in the house to be sure that they were all draining properly into the septic tank, which I appreciated. Mike seemed determined to do a good job and he did. I have nothing but high regard for the service that he/Coastal provided.

Mike showed up early. Backed down my long driveway without going in the grass. Went straight to work. Mike Dug out both sides of my tank and pumped them both. Cleaned the filter and gave me some good advise on how to take better care of my septic tank. Cleaned up after he was done. Mike was a professional.

My septic was backing up and needed service ASAP. Since I am a teacher and am involved in after school programs, I am rarely home during regular business hours. The customer service representative I communicated with online set me up with a same day appointment and I did t even have to be home! I just gave them my payment information over the phone. Their service man came out and completed the job without issue. I was initially charged $20 more than the price I was quoted but Coastal made that up to me quickly and professionally.

My septic tank was badly in need of a pump out and I called another septic company that had serviced me in the past. However, that company couldn't come out for 5 days. So I called Coastal Septic and was told they would be out within a couple of hours. And on top of that, they charged $35.00 less than the company I had used before. Needless to say, I was thrilled to not only get almost immediate service, but at a lower price. Mike showed up in less than two hours and did an excellent job of pumping out and cleaning my tank. And he gave me a couple of tips regarding the septic tank health for the future. Mike was personable yet professional. Coastal and Mike made my day!

I contacted Coastal Septic Services listed on Angie's List. They were very helpful and scheduled a service date. Mike showed up on time, setup his equipment for the job, located the septic tank and drain field, dug down to the tank hatch and opened it up. He then started pumping out the tank, and cleaned the filter for this system. He readily answered my questions and explained how to care for the tank and to clean the filter annually. He closed the tank, sealed the hatch and filled in the hole he had dug. He was professional and easy to talk to. I plan to use this company in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

I thought that Coastal Septic Services were very prompt in responding to my service call. They put a special solution in the tank to prevent the roots they found from growing back into the tank.

After a large gathering we were getting backup in our tub, so we called Coastal Septic to service our two septic tanks. Coastal arrived promptly and serviced both tanks quickly. Our technician Marc was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, we started to see more backup in the tub when using some of our sinks. We contacted Coastal and they dispatched another company. We did not have a good experience with them, please see our review (they were talking about jack hammering our floor and running new lines around our house $$$$). Dana of Coastal took ownership of our problem and was determined to help us. She calmly dispatched another plumber, John, to our house. Please see our review of John. John displayed his vast knowledge of plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques and was able to identify and clear the blockage and get us going again. Big thanks to Dana and John for saving us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I was not charged for the other company's service, that was handled by Coastal. Coastal and John displayed a pride in workmanship and superior customer service that sadly is missing from many other companies. Win one for the good guys!
