Description of Work: Pump out two tanks.

Description of Work: From speaking with the emergency team the night before they came and giving instructions on how to release some of the pressure built up to arriving and doing the work needed to pump and clean the tank, everything was extremely professional. The only negative was that I was told the person coming would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. However, I had to leave before he got there and my niece had to handle the situation so I could get to work. It was minor, but it made me late to work and I didn't even get to speak with him. Instead of billing, they wanted payment right away which my niece was going to write a check for and have me pay her back. I told her I would pay it with credit card and she let the workman know this. About a half hour later, they called me and I was able to give them my information over the phone and they emailed me a receipt. I will defitinitly use them again and will recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: Coastal pumped out our septic tank then added additional mineral/algae fluid to jump start the bacterial process and also provided an additional dosage to be poured into the clean-out flute in 6 months.

Description of Work: I needed to have two tanks pumped out. We agreed on a appt. 2 days later. The office called to tell me that the truck was on it's way and then I waited 2 1/2 for the driver to show up. not sure what the point was for the phone call when there was such a delay in them arriving. |The work was done as expected and the cost was what I was quoted over the phone. |I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: This company was very responsive. The operator was friendly and personable and they showed up promptly (same day) to clean out my septic. The guy was very helpful and offered tips on how to keep up my septic. Everyone was very polite and the experience was great!

Description of Work: Had a problem with a backup in the main bathroom. Called a company we had used in the past, was told they could not come out for a week. Called Coastal and another company. It was after hours, left messages. Coastal called early the next day and said that they could do the job that day. Had two septic tanks pumped out. Mark was punctual, professional and courteous. We will definitely use Coastal Septic whenever we have to.
