It went great! Very quick response and quality work!

I noticed I had a leak. I tried to find it in my own but I couldn’t. I emailed Linda, the property manager, and she responded past business hours to set up a maintenance appointment the following day. She came in, found the leak, and within two hours, the hot water heater had been installed and replaced by the maintenance team. The replacement took about 30-45 mins, very swift and fast. I’ve had no further issues. They are always so wonderful and professional. Anytime I have a problem, they immediately jump into fixing it. Very thankful for the property team!

Excellent. The day after I notified them of my hot water heater's heating element dying out and the A/C's breaker issue (notified them around 6-7 PM, so after usual working hours for the office), they set up a work order first thing in the morning then came over and got everything fixed that same day. They've been very kind and professional as well. Really made living here stress-free.

Landlords were very helpful and responded to maintenance requests quickly. You take care of them they will take care of you. One of the kindest rental companies. Apartments could use and upgrade but they are still in great condition.

Robert and his associates did a thorough job. They replaced the first motor. When the 2nd motor was faulty, they responded quickly (were still on site) by disconnecting it. They replaced it and got the 3rd motor up and running. They stayed to make sure everything ran smoothly. Linda, the office manager did a great job making our appointment in a timely manner and following up with us in a few days to make sure the AC was still running properly. We appreciate the prompt response and the follow up. Thank you!

Shalimar Rentals did a great job putting us in an affordable apartment that fit our needs and was fairly priced. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and did their best to make sure we were taken care of!

I couldn’t be happier with Shalimar Rental. It’s easy to rent from them, you treat it like it’s your own place and you’ll have no problem at all. Something breaks or doesn’t work, call and within minutes they have a plan put together and someone at your place. I rented with them for over 2 years and never once had a problem. Linda always was a phone call away for any questions or problems ( only had 2 small ones) and they fixed them. Even stayed past hours to work on them just to make sure it was good to go. Best part was that they are pet friendly with a very good rate for a pet deposit. At the end of the day, if I ever need to rent again, I would pick Shalimar Rentals!

I have been living at my current address for about 4 years. Shalimar Rentals is great when maintaining their properties. If there is ever a problem, they fix it quick! They are really easy to work with. Linda Hunt is awesome! She's always willing to help when a problem arises. Rent is very affordable and well maintained by Shalimar Rentals is a great when it comes to property management! They are by far the best company I have dealt with in the area. Highly recommended!!

Linda and the staff at Shalimar rentals went above and beyond to get me moved in early. I only had one day available to move in, and when it looked like I wasn't going to have a day off to move, Linda made it happen! The crew had my new home looking emaculate with the new carpet. Even with it being done a whole day earlier than planned, it was even earlier in the day it became available for me thanks to their hard work. My yard was leaf free and freshly mowed, new paint and fresh. I would definitely recommend living in these rentals just based on the hard work of the staff and the leaps they will jump to to ensure their residents are happy.
