I went through home advisor to find a plumber to fix my guest room toilet. Jonny Doan plumbing was recommended. I received a call immediately to confirm the appointment day and time I selected. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to ask if the plumber could come earlier. Of course I agreed. Austin showed up promptly and went right to work assessing the problem. He attempted to fix it by adding a part but since the part did not fix the problem, Austin suggested that I replace the unit. I had the option of purchasing the new fixture myself and paying for installation or buying the fixture from the company and include installation. I chose the latter. I called the office to set up the installation and they were able to come back within the hour to do it. Austin returned and installed the new toilet within 30 minutes. He was efficient, the price was reasonable and the whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Wow! I have Ben living with the improper install of a bathroom sink for about 4 years. I was personally trying to repair it which didn’t work. I hired another plumber to fix it and that didn’t work. These guys came in and knew what to do to make it right!

Honest company, they worked to give you only what you needed done! I would trust them with any plumbing issues.

These guys were awesome. They were on time, professional and went the extra mile. We had a broken water pipe that resulted in major damage and a large insurance claim. Although it was not the plumber’s responsibility, after he completed the repair he took the time to explain to the insurance adjuster exactly what he found and what was required to correct the problem. We needed a pro and Doan plumbing delivered. Thanks to Doan and Home Advisor.

They were great. They installed 2 toilets for me. I appreciate that two nice men could deal with my anxiety. I asked them to look at another plumbing issue to come back for and they told me no problem, they can come back and fix it. So I will be using them again,and soon.

They came they saw they conquered. Is the best I can put it. Friendly from the start. Plumbers were on time, freindly, quick and cleaned up themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

I got to meet the owner of the company as he came out to do a simple job and gave me a discount for how simple it was. I would recommend them again if in need of pumping services in the future.
