I recently purchased my home and part of the closing agreement was to have siding and tile repairs complete. The previous owner's insurance company hired a contractor to do the work; needless to write, the work was never complete. In June, I received a violation from my HOA company because the work wasn't complete. I reached out to my loan officer and she gave me the approval to move forward with a different contractor as funds were held up in escrow for the work. I searched online and came across Ace Roofing through Home Advisor. After the bombardment of calls I received from various Home Advisor contractors, I "settled" on Ace Roofing and one other to come and perform an estimate. Hunter and Aaron came out to my property and provided me with a more than fair estimate to replace hail damaged tile, siding, and window screens. I would have to write that their three-man crew definitely lived up to my expectations as a homeowner and former roofing contractor. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my unique situation (money held in escrow) was second to none. Hunter did not hassle me, or send me multiple emails, in regards to the estimate he provided me as I was waiting for approval from my mortgage company to move forward with the service work. Having worked in the industry for several years, I know how pushy estimators can be, but I did not have that issue with Hunter or Aaron. I am more than satisfied with their professionalism, communication, and follow-up with both my loan officer and myself. Not only would I recommend Ace Roofing, they have gained a life-long customer.

Excellent customer service. The owner of the company, Aaron, was knowledgeable about the problems in 2 valleys of my slate roof. He took the slate tiles off and found the damage that was causing leaking in the main house. Hopefully, the problem has been repaired but what I appreciate is the fact that he will follow-up if there is still a problem. As a female homeowner, you have to put your faith in the character of the of the person/persons you are doing business with. I am confident that I chose the right company to do business with. His employee, Hunter was also great.
