These guys were great. Its not easy to say, but every now and then you come across a contractor that exudes the confidence and surety to address your construction related problems. Eric and his team were done sooner than I thought with the repair, and just in time for the next storm a few days later. I write to you 2 days after the 4 day storm to say no leaks were experienced.

Edward Carroll was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was always prompt, courteous and he did a great job on my roof repair. He is very reliable, dependable and I knew I was in good hands - he kept his word, and he delivered and executed on every detail. I highly recommend him and I will not hesitate to hire him immediately on my next roofing project he is the very best in the industry!

Make sure to ask questions so you fully understand what is covered in their service guarantee. Get it in writing in case something happens so you can reference it. When they came out to complete the work, they said they would guarantee their work for up to 10 years and after a year I am having issues with my roof leaking. They said they will give me a quote for the work but it would not be covered under their guarantee. update: They came back out to fix it. It was a 2 day process. They scraped the whole roof and bagged it all up, and then put that foam insulation up. And I keep the 10 year guarantee.

Ed was the only one who called out of a bunch of calls to roofers. He said my roof was in good shape and just needed some maintenance. He had the work done quickly and gave me a visual inspection and explained everything he did and how long it would last. I will sleep better now knowing my roof won t leak and IF it does, I trust Ed will come out and fix it. He Asked me to contact him if I had any problems!

Very professional I had a leak in my roof rain was coming in 2 days I called them and they came out in less then an hour to fix it The leak was far more severe then what was quoted to do the Job but stuck with the original quote

Expensive in-the-extreme! $2,550 for ±8 hours of work. 'Super' provided excellent evaluation of our roofing problems, plus good solutions. Workers were fast, professional, & courteous!
