This is a wonderful company...responsive, professional and very easy to work with. If only more companies functioned like this! They turned up when they said they would, worked like crazy to finish, kept me informed of progress and cleaned up everywhere outside...even the leaves on he patio that were nothing to do with them. Yard was immaculate when they left.. I have already recommended them to 2 other home owners.

I had a total of 10 estimates and many conversations. They had a very good price and good follow through. I was very impressed with their clean up during the project. Great Job!

The company was professional and willing to negotiate on price. They were on time and worked consistently to finish the job in one day. They kept me informed of areas that needed additional attention and explained what they would do if I wanted it fixed. They were upfront in telling me if it needed to be fixed or not. If I wanted it fixed, I got a call from the office informing me of the additional cost. Because of their contract you would know the additional cost before the phone call. They were careful not to damage any plants or areas and cleaned up the property well before they left.

Excellent work, staff professional and knowledgeable, best price quoted, cleaned up well. Only issue keeping me from a 5.0 rating is before the start date, project was delayed due to rain which caused interior water damage. Knowing I was out of state I feel they should have suggested a tarp in the interim.

Good job. Some difficulty with start date. First we were told 3 weeks and when we did not hear anything in 2 weeks we called. We found they had scheduled it for another 4 weeks. When confronted with this issue, they were able to start it in 3 weeks after all.

Quality work started early got done same day Becareful with hidden fees was told by crew they had 10 pieces if wood got charged for 15 ???? salesman or as they call financal person (guy who picks up check) I realize he new to the business but very little knowledge asked questions didn't have answers Work on a price verify what you can the work is quality guest service isn't

They were there when they said. Did the job in one day. Cleaned up completely. Covered the plants before starting work.

I'm only dinging the Customer Service because of some rescheduled meeting and delivery times. Their install team was wonderful and did a great job with install and clean up. It was almost as painless as it could have been. But the final product is beautiful and worth showing off.

Truly excellent service. Price was fair and workmanship was great. Cleanup afterwards was good with no visible debris or nails.They even provided a free Mitigation Verification Report afterwards to lower my insurance cost due to upgrading roof to the latest building code and superior shingles.

Pro Roofing did and excellent job reroofing my home. The price was $1000 less then other companies and the work was as good if not better. The salesmen and workers were cheerful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the service. All paperwork was provided which led to reduced insurance premiums. Over all great job !!!
