Communication was a major issue. None of the install team spoke fluent english. So getting any kind of info from them was nearly impossible. There were a few couple issues that had to be fixed. The biggest issue was that when the shingles were delivered, there loader sprang a leak and sprayed hydraulic fluid on my cedar siding. Getting this resolved was a major headache and very time consuming. Also, the sky light they installed had a small split in the wood on the interior side, which they tried to "fix" (cover up with caulking). I told them to forget about it, I would fix it myself.

Excellent company. Would hire them again. Even though there had been inclement weather all week Yvonne was able to work with us to reschedule for a date that worked for my husband's travel schedule so he could be there when the job was being done. The workers were professional and speedy. The job looks amazing and the price was totally fair and within our means. Nothing bad to say about this company.

nice repair job on my asphalt shingle roof.I would hire them to come back and to do the whole roof.when it's time.Hard working crew.The estimator who quoted the project was very nice and helpful . Overall very happy at how it came out.

Once you get past the occasional confusion/miscommunication between sales, office and crew you get a professional crew that gets the job done by going above and beyond. Even with the confusion or miscommunication, the sales/office staff made up for it and always made things right. Would definitely recommend them to someone who needs a shingle roof.

these people went out of their way to help us. It was a crazy set up that needed to be insured before closing, and they cut through all the junk and got it all handled.

The contract indicated that linear board feet would be at $4.00 per ft. but I wasn't clear on how they installed the drip edge which was moved out from the house to prevent dripping on boards, looks like it will work well but did not expect the additional $616.00. Over all good job.

I have a flat roof house and had to have a contractor that could demonstrate the ability to tackle a major re-roofing and not only add a tapered slope that wasn't there but also install an upgraded fabric membrane roof (TPO) expertly. Due to all the rain in Central FL in July and August this summer, and the backlog of work, they finally got around to starting and finishing my roof last week. I talked with and took bids from four HA roofers; negotiated with the two finalist, and in the end selected Pro Roofing Associates. Roofing is a high expense so I was looking to get the highest quality and value for the least money. Pro Roofing & Associates lived up to that goal and their word. They are roofing professionals and I highly recommended them.
