Stephens Appliance Repair

So glad we had Stephens Appliance Repair out for our second quote, since the first repair company gave us a very high quote (almost the price of a new fridge) that turned out to be incorrect. So glad we had Jimmy from Stephens Repair give us the correct answers to our repair. He was very professional and knowledgeable, with an excellent explanation to the problem. He was able to make the repair same day. We are a non-profit organization and would like to thank Stephens Repair for helping us out in more ways than one.

Great experience. Both gentlemen totally observed the safety precautions of the day, quickly got into the business of testing the pieces and parts of my 3 year old clothes dryer,. found the problem and had the parts on hand to make the repair. Done and done. The price was right too. Will definitely hire them again.

In the midst of this horrific pandemic, Jim was very respectful of Covid and CDC guidelines. He wore a mask as well as kept a safe distance from us at all times. We appreciated his respect of the situation. Also, Jim was very familiar with the Samsung ice maker problem and had it replaced and running in a timely manner.

Extremely expensive, was here for 20 minutes and charged $345.00 for repair. He said he had the necessary parts with him which he said was a lid switch assembly and wire harness. I would never hire them again.

I had another appliance repair service out twice to fix my water dispenser on the GE side by side. When it stopped working again and started leaking water, I called Steve. He came, inspected and ordered parts. One week later, everything works! Very professional and friendly.
